Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport.

Trust Google Maps to select a hotel location that is within walking distance of the metro stop and on a budget. Sadly, when I arrived as expected on google map, I realized we were north of Chiang Minh City, but we should have been south of Chiang Minh City. The hotel is actually located on the outer edge of the ring and only accessible by taxi or Didichinas uber. About cny per taxi ride. Although the rooms are large, the cost is not worth it considering the distance from the city. Fortunately, I got 1 room by using my points as an ing member. A shopping center is outside the hotel, but there isnt much traffic there. We did not go there, so I wasnt sure if there are any restaurants. However, there is a 24-hour convenience shop next to it.

Google Maps enabled me to select a hotel near a metro station and on a budget. Unfortunately, when we arrived as per Google Maps, we realized we were north of xian and should have been south. Hotel is actually in the outermost part of the ring, and only taxi or Didichinas uber can take you there. It costs around CNY for one taxi ride. The room is spacious, but the cost isn't worth it due to the distance from the city. Fortunately, I was able to book one room using my points as an ing member. There is a mall outside the hotel, but there isn't much traffic there. We didn't go there, so I'm not sure if theres any restaurant there. However, there is a 24-hour convenience shop next to it.

Loved the room. Very limited English speaking for a major hotel chain. No restaurants, activity, or transportation nearby. Most Xian taxi drivers had no idea where it was

Very comfy hotel, but according to the map on the site here is located nearby metro and in the center more or less. That proved wrong, the hotel is 12 kilometres away. In an area with nothing. This was a big downturn for us. Please update the map, so other people won't have to use a lot of their time to find their way around. The hotel itself has very large rooms with nice needs and bathrooms. The breakfast could improve.
