The location was adequate because it was close to two metro stops and one directly from the bullet train railway station, making it straightforward to get there. The hotel employees didn't provide breakfast, although they hardly comprehend it. I'm aware that I was in China and that not many people speak English, but you should be able to converse with foreign tourists if you work in the hospitality sector. In xian, first, they informed us there was no one-day transportation ticket. There is! Just stroll to the service center at the metro subway station. While carrying down a plastic bag with dirty laundry, we inquired about the price. The staff person pointed at the box and said it would cost about 10 yuan, despite our ability to pay 170 yuan. We agreed to do the laundry at their own expense, but we would find a laundromat without spending that sum on laundry, even though we were able to afford it. The following day, he returned with a 170 yuan laundry rate. He claimed he meant that 10 yuan per piece rather than the entire bag, despite the fact that he rejected it as being taken lightly given that we likely had plenty of cash to spend. Eventually, he offered to refund me 30 yuan after I complained about the misunderstanding, but I was more frustrated that he assumed we

It was in a good location, it was surrounded by a city wall, not far from two metro stations, one of which was directly near the bullet train railway station, making it easy to reach. Breakfast in the hotel staff is not what their boss says. They barely understand English. I am aware that I was in China and that not many people speak English, but if you work in hospitality and interact with foreign tourists, you should be able to speak English at least. First, we were told there would be no one-day transportation pass in xian. There is! Just go to the service center of the subway subway metro station. Second, we requested the fee while carrying a plastic bag with filthy laundry when we requested the fee. The man with the glasses at the front desk pointed at the bag and claimed that one would cost about 10 yuan. I don't know what the standard prices for laundry in China, but we agreed to do the laundry at theirs, otherwise we would find a laundromat! And the next day he returned with a laundry charge of 170 yuan. He claimed that he meant 10 yuan per piece, not the whole bag, and admitted that his English was terrible. I would love to return and stay here again. This is only the second review on TripAdvisor for this location, but if you check it, they are rated 8. 5 and have lots of reviews on the application platform. First of all, it would be great if you settle payment before staying here in advance, as they do not accept non-Chinese credit cards. Payment method is cash, alias, or union pay, which is widely used in china. I spent 5 days and 5 nights here and did not regret it, the price was reasonable, the beds and rooms are comfortable and the hot shower was fantastic! The location is not far from the Muslim quarter and other sights of the old city, and zongshan gate to start your city wall hikecycling is only 810 minutes walk away. This hotel is 45 floors and there are no elevators, so expect stairs. Great service from the staff despite language barriers. They offer a simple breakfast as an option to confirm early and have a simple dining area with a charming background. There are some halal restaurants nearby, you can walk for a bit, and there are numerous convenience stores nearby where you can purchase necessities. There is also a shopping mall after the city wall about 10 minutes walk with a Watson, Starbucks, and others there. At night it lights up with beautiful lighting led by ala van go

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, I would highly recommend the Chinese options egg pancake and vegetable sandwich. The room was very basic and plain, the floor was concrete, which was very cold, maybe a rug would be nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet had only a curtain and a window facing the room with no glass in, so not ideal for privacy. The room could be very noisy at times. A ok hotel, but anticipated better rooms for the price.
