This place has quickly become one of our favourites in life. This suite is excellent for our family of three. The location, service, amenities, cuisine, cleanliness, layout, and architecture are all outstanding. Cyrus and Melodie were excellent hosts. There is an extra-comfy bed, a stylish bathroom, and a huge balcony with a spectacular view of the old town. All the little details were also present. A unique place in sangria. If you're all the way up here, consider staying out here.

I stayed there for 2 nights at the end of March 2021. The hotel was still reopening. The design is apparently done by a young Thai designer. It's absolutely beautiful and inspiring. The view from the restaurant and our room was really amazing! The food is also fantastic. We loved the breakfast and their regional supper dishes yak meat. And the staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly. One of the best experiences I've ever had in China.

Very friendly staff. They recommend a few restaurants and places to visit here when I have no idea where to go tomorrow. Very thoughtful and great job to the team! Apart from that, the room is clean and tidy. The view around the place is absolutely amazing. Would love to visit here again sometime.

The price included a Chinese menu that was tasty. They also served a full-service restaurant with a comfortable room with attentive service. Besides that, they also have a panoramic view from the restaurant.

I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. For a quick one-night trip to Shanghai, I selected the Indigo hotel. The high elevation had a negative impact on our health, and we did not travel much. After visiting the old town, we checked in and unwinded in the afternoon. When we arrived, a golf cart sent us to our room, where we were given warm tea. Platinum upgraded us to a suite with a balcony. Everything looks brand new after just two weeks of operation at the hotel. A fruit plate and cookies were waiting for us. The room was beautifully furnished, with a shower separate from the toilet and a hot towel warmer with a tiny cupboard to hold the warm towels. A huge heated floor. To make sure we will be comfy, the hotel sent oxygen canisters to our room. The restaurant and the views from our balcony were simply breathtaking.
