Constructed by Dexing City Yincheng Industrial Co., Ltd. with substantial investment, the hotel is a comprehensive property offering accommodation, dining, conference facilities, and leisure & entertainment. The hotel occupies a total land area of 2,853.42 m², with a total building area of 8,091.92 m². The 13-story building stands 47.9 meters tall, offering panoramic views of the entire city. Guestrooms—over 90 in total—are located on floors 5 through 10, catering to diverse guest needs. All guestrooms have been renovated and equipped with new Gree smart air-conditioning units and 100% cotton linens. Each room features an IPTV system and a dedicated Wi-Fi network.

Delicious dining options and breakfast are available on the third floor; fully equipped large and small meeting rooms are located on the eleventh floor. The hotel also provides a large parking lot with 24/7 security personnel on duty.
