Our room was so spacious, had a great view, and the hotel was actually quite a surprise. I wasn't expecting such a large hotel in the Jiuzhaigou Valley. The bathtub looked out onto the room and the pretty view of the mountains. Of course, you could put the privacy blinds down if you wish. The bathroom was huge. We had a step-down sitting area with a fireplace. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They even prepared a little breakfast box for us because we had to leave before the breakfast buffet began, in order to catch our flight. They arranged our travel with a very nice driver. We would definitely stay here again. You MUST come to see the Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park. Gorgeous.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Ideal location, spotlessly clean, fantastic decor...just delightful. My only criticism would be that there are no safety deposit boxes in any of the rooms, but other than that, excellent

酒店很新，条件不错，价格比较高，服务也还好。就是网上预订出了问题，到了酒店前台说没有预订，头疼啊。还好最终解决了。

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is located close to the theatre, minimarkets, and shops. In general, it is a great place to stay. The room is spacious, with a wide variety of breakfast. The staff is friendly and have great wifi. The breakfast is the best.

The Howard johnson tianshan resort jiuzhaigou covers all the fundamentals properly. The rooms are large and roomy. It is conveniently located near jiuzhaigou national park. There are also numerous stores and restaurants close by. The breakfast is typical. However, one would expect more from a global name like howard johnson. One major gripe is that the water temperature can never reach a Goldilocks temperature. During my two nights there, it was always either scalding hot or freezing cold. The majority of the staff cannot speak English, which makes communication challenging. To give them the benefit of the doubt, some of the shortcomings can be put on the earthquake that occurred in august last year. One of the wings, which includes the fitness center and recreation center, is still closed. Most of the hotels restaurants and cafes are also closed. Also, there are fewer guests than before, giving the motel a fairly sparse atmosphere. Here is hoping howard johnson and the rest of jiuzhaigou can recover quickly.

When you stroll through the resort, there is a story-telling garden dining area. There are numerous activities, including a gym, spa, and a parent kids' area for kid-friendly fun. There are stores inside the resort for last-minute gifts. Friendly employees provide a warm greeting and transportation assistance. They have truly excellent, roasted coffee! I couldn't have this wonderful coffee in the middle of the mountain!.

A fantastic hotel that is sadly left devastated by the lack of tourism in the area since the earthquake. Based on the quality of the rooms and the sheer brilliance of the staff, this is an outstanding place to stay. During my stay, despite my limited English, the staff patiently communicated with me in Mandarin and helped me and my friends secure a bag left on the longdistance bus. They also assisted in locating drivers and assisting us through a variety of situations, going above and beyond the expectations of the hotel staff. Truly 5 service. The breakfast is excellent, the first hotel I have stayed in China that served good quality bread with usual foods. The massages are of very good quality, however, while I was there, the pool facilities and hot springs were empty. A great hotel to stay in to see the area.

This hotel is so wonderful, it has an amazing lobby, excellent service, and friendly personnel. We stayed here for two nights. We had a varied menu for our buffet dinner and breakfast. The hotel is close to Jiuzhaigou's romance park, and the lobby is quite large. We can shop locally for unique items, jewelry, and gifts. You can participate in a local musical at the nearby theater. Local seasonal fruits can be purchased from farmers just down the road in front of the hotel.

Great service. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious with a sitting area. Bathroom was big and clean. The only bad thing was that there was this amusement/performance place right next to the hotel and there were lots of people and loud noises, although we couldn't hear it from our room. There was a good spread for breakfast except it was catered to Chinese taste buds. They kept repeating the same piece of music in the lobby and it was quite annoying. The atrium was a nice place to sit and relax.

ハード面についてはこれ以上のものは望まなくても良い水準です。真新しいホテルなので当然と言えば当然ですが、車寄せからフロントに向かうまでの間でも高級感を味わえます。部屋（ベーシックなスーペリアルーム）の中はバスルーム、クイーンサイズベッド２つ、ソファ＆テーブルが機能的に配置され、その一つひとつが“良いものを使用している”ことを感じさせてくれます。特に気に入ったのがバスタオルとバスローブ。使用してとても心地良いです。フロントの掲示にはスーペリアルーム一泊3,000元と表示されていましたが、その価値はあるのではないでしょうか。 九寨黄龍空港までの距離は86キロほどですが、ホテルカー（トヨタのSUV）で1時間15分くらい（300元）。ドライバーさんもとても親切な方で、約束の早朝5時きっかりに車寄せまで迎えに来てくれました。 残念なのは従業員の英会話能力です。英語を話せる従業員は10人に1～2名くらい。人柄は良さそうな従業員ばかりですが、外資系の外国人が多く宿泊するホテルとはとても思えません。あと、中国のホテルはどこもそうですが、チェックインの際のデポジットはクレジットカードではダメで現金が500元必要なことと、ホテル内のショップも現金のみしか使えず、店員さんも英語が話せないこと等がマイナスポイントです。
