I came to this hotel on June 19 for work, and I like the service here. Even the food there is very good. And then, the room looks opulent. After that, the food served here was very good. Subsequently, the room was nice as well.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!

Our experience was superb, and I am grateful for that. This place is quite helpful and pleasant. All the employees are quite nice and helpful. The receptionist, concierge, Chinese restaurant, and breakfast restaurant are all very pleasant. I'd like to thank Jack Won for making us feel at home. He is a very knowledgeable and caring person. We definitely will return.

I would love to stay at the hotel on my next visit. When I arrived in the lobby, it was quite elegant and had a fantastic homecoming. When I arrived, the employees were helpful and kind, and I was given the direction to the ballroom on the first floor. In the lobby, there were no direction signs. We had a six-course meal. The service was second to none, but the cuisine was pretty bad.

It's our first time staying at this hotel, this is a beautiful property with a great facility. Very professional, very helpful and informed about the local area. Thank you for the excellent service provided by Jack! Keep up the great work jack we will definitely be back.

Overall, this is among the top two hotels I've stayed in. Based on the tripadvisor ranking, this came as a little surprise. The old town of Wisconsin, a significant tourist attraction, is about a 30-minute drive away, and the building has a dull architectural exterior, but otherwise. There are numerous stone tiles in the enormous foyer, and the materials and fixtures are of high quality. The rooms are enormous and tastefully furnished. On the downside, the bathroom design means that a late-night shower spills light into the mattress area, which is not ideal for a sleeping person. The po and gym are among the greatest I have ever seen and are on the top floor, with amazing views. Try the buffet dinner, wow! Visitors can take 50 off the cost, which is about $US. Everything is available here, including free heineken, good red and white wine, and cokesprite. There is a significant problem because the cuisine spans Asia and Europe. How do you get off?

Overall it is a good place to stay 😃 n a business trip, if the dining selections could be more various, that's a great plus and it does not mean it is bad, just hope to have more options to get.
