This hotel is a short drive from Cheng. It's a resort, about an hour from cheng. In theory, this is just a hotel, not a casino. We decided to stop at this property when our trip in the sichuan hills, near Tibet, and we were heading to Chongqing. After 10 days, we wanted to return to the standard of an intercontinental hotel to recuperate. Although the amenities are excellent, the service is perhaps of the highest caliber. It wasn't extremely high, so that's okay. However, the developer constructed a sizable facility in typical Chinese style, but it did not consider upkeep or consider the market and what they could charge, so I don't think they can make much money. Therefore, they control costs, and the ac is the first one. On a Sunday, we arrived. It was cold, etc. When we checked in at the ing counter, I am aspire member, and the front desk asked me for my usual passport, and instead of confirming my name or even if I had a reservation, she wanted to find my entry stamp into China. Because of this, I do not think it is the most urgent. I know from the forecast that the day before that it would be warm, but if you have an ac system, there will be no a problem.

Short stay with a family room is spacious, and the rooms amenities are excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is also excellent. We had dinner in a private dining room that is very quiet. We had a good quality family time. The garden is really nice, and the pool appears nice too, but I didn't get a chance to try it. My only complaint is check-in. First of all, it's extremely slow. There were only two people in front of me, but I waited at least 10 minutes. Second, when I checked in, they told me that they don't accept foreign credit cards! I think that's ridiculous because none of my visa, master, or amen work! Finally, the front desk guy called a manager and they resolved the problem.

He gave us extra breakfast. He really appreciate it. Even though he made the decision after a long time effort. Aside from that, we are gold members. He also gave us a birthday cake, which is very kind.

As most intercontinental hotels are located in China, the location was huge. The region is breathtaking. The staff is extremely welcoming. The rooms are sizable and well-equipped. The food, on the other hand, focuses distinctly on the local cuisine. This is the place to go if you enjoy blood noodle soup for pigs or deer. Aside from that, anticipate typical South Chinaan fare. Spicy hotspots and noodles. The western food selection is very limited. Although their breakfast buffet is helpful, it is best to provide a variety of pastries, yoghurts, and the obligatory egg station to the western taste. It's genuinely a family hotel. So, anticipate lots of families in their large pool.

Last night, when we spoke with the Chinese restaurant manager, linda, who was serving us supper, we contacted her. Her service was outstanding. We later talked to the Japanese chef in Kamal and the alias bar area, who made our stay unforgettable. Both employees are extremely cordial and offer much more than we expected! The hotel sector is highly respected.

自来水永远都是黄黄的，不知道为什么。中午入住时要求加婴儿床，晚上十点过才送来，中途还打电话催过。要求送薄被，礼宾说没有了，可以送被套，最后送来的是床单，哭笑不得。。。西餐厅千万别去吃，同档次酒店自助餐中最差的没有之一，海鲜特别不新鲜，八爪鱼都没解冻。。。只有两种例汤，一种白粥，热菜好多都是凉的，就这样还经常供应不上，体验感非常差。租用自行车价格比较合理，适合亲子游

非常差员工明显缺乏培训面对众多客户要房间的要求永远只会说一句还在打扫客户已经失控的情况下居然还一味死撑不叫经理出来早餐也是非常差吃过最差的五星酒店早餐有烤肠居然没有番茄酱问到任何问题员工只会回答一句抱歉因为客人太多完全不知如何应对客人的提问
