Lovely room with super soft bathrobes and we liked so much we have bought one for home. Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight. The hotel is just by the side of the Grand Canal with a shopping center, plenty restaurants literally outside and metro was a short walk away. Brilliant stay and can’t fault it at all.

Amazing healthy selection of breakfast and there's a tea bar with a wide variety of local teas. Room had a beautiful canal view, spacious and modern amenities. The gym was very well equipped and that is a plus point.

I am very satisfied with the swimming pool and spa pool. After swimming, i immediately went into the spa pool for a swim. The children had a great time. The hotel has excellent service quality, and every staff member i encounter is very patient. Very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the service, breakfast, and surroundings were all excellent. The gym is also quite large. On the fourth floor, there is a sizable platform where you can relax and enjoy tea in pleasant weather. It is also worth visiting the neighboring Xiaohezhi street.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in during our trip to china this year. From the service level to the pool and gym facilities to the breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and i will be back anytime.

I reserved a deluxe room and was upgraded to a junior suite with a canal view! As expected, the hotels amenities and amenities were excellent. Large rooms, including standard rooms. The delectable breakfast (try the almond croissants! ), as well as the accommodating and kind front desk staff, are noteworthy.
