The staff went out of their way to give us a very special experience on our annivesary. The room was excellent, which lots of special gifts, and decor. We also, enjoyed the live music in the restaurant! It was a wonderful stay!! 太谢谢您们啊！

This is probably the best western style hotel in Taipei. The hotel room is very clean and the bed is nice and soft. I personally love their large shower tower and the shower room has nice water pressure which gives me a nice hot shower. The food selection at the hotel is very good. I like the staff's service, I am always greeted at the cafe with a nice warm smile every morning. The food is also good.

We stayed at Kempinski with my family during the holiday season. I was blown away by the reasonable price in comparison to the service and the comfort of our suite. Every day, our stay included access to the executive lounge, laundry, dinner, and breakfast. We used the laundry service every day. Our clothes came back clean, timely, and most importantly, in the same condition as the one we had sent them. The housekeepers did an excellent job in cleaning our room every day and must be ninjas because they correctly timed it when we wanted to leave every day. Every day, we ate in the executive lounge. Both breakfast and dinner had a good selection of foods, but the friendly service really stood out in the lounge. The lounges sparked a significant difference, thanks to two young women who work in the lounge, Cassie and Katherine. They were so kind and professional to our 3-year-old son. I hope their manager is honoured to have them on the team, I would. Taiwan is an industrial city, but the kempinski is an extraordinary find.

It was wonderful from start to finish. The staff is lovely and goes above and beyond. The hotel complies with the five-star description. The pool was excellent and much bigger than I had anticipated. The location is dependent on where you want to go, but it is in the center. Great value.

This was a luxury hotel that offers an international standard. I stayed for 5 nights recently following a conference nearby. This hotel is strategically located, close to the airport, high-end shopping malls, and roads. The staff were excellent during our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with good wifi and the amenities in the bathrooms. Excellent wifi and views from the top floors. The hotel also offers a turndown service at night. The room is cleaned daily, and the wifi is also good. The hotel also offers a turndown service. A wide selection of cuisine is available, with chefs making fried noodles, starry, and other items that make the hotel's buffet restaurant worth a visit. Although it was overcrowded on the Friday night, I frequently ate in the restaurant. The rates for the room were very reasonable, particularly for this type of hotel.

Great location. Right in the middle of town where most stuff are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff members go the extra mile to keep us comfortable. The only regret is that our room was too warm even with lowering our temp. Nonetheless, the staff brought us a fan to help keep the temp down in our room.

They really did an excellent job by trying an extra effort to pick us up from the cabin of the bullet train. The driver Mr Zhu is an excellent guy with such a sincerity that we are really moved by his extra effort. The staff made an exception by letting my 9 old daughter play Oh Holy Night, Angel Voices,Allegoro and other pieces of piano for my 89 year old mom. I almost in tears when I record the scene.

First Kempinski that I’ve stayed at, that’s not 5 Star! No help with luggage, staff doesn’t speak English. People smoking around the lobby or wherever they want. Disgusting. The rooms are dated, windows need cleaning.
