We stayed in this area as our lodging choice when visiting Sesuan for a wine tour weekend. Wow is the greatest way to describe the service and overall experience! We are extremely appreciative of the hotels crew. The motel recently celebrated their anniversary. When we got to the entrance, the doormen and concierge greeted us and directed us to the reception desk for a fast checkin. The open floor plan makes the hotel ideal for leisure or business travel. The spacious studio is made even bigger by the wall to wall floor ceiling windows. The only things they could do to improve are the plugs by the bed to charge modern day appliances. Although the hotel was rather crowded over the weekend, we had breakfast in the Berlin Cafe, but the service was fantastic, and the station displayed well. The executive club was the greatest experience we had. The team was friendly, and the cold beer and fresh grill served in the beer garden one night was great. Whats more satisfying than that? The executive club, Joanna club manager, and ella are all wonderful stars. They made us feel like we were in a friends house rather than in a hotel. Edward, who recently moved from Beijing to Sesuan, interacted with us and offered us wonderful city tips! 浴槽に取り付けられているシャワーの操作方法が分かりにくいので、説明書が浴槽付近に貼ってあるとよい。朝食にチーズがなかったので、追加するとよいと思う。

호텔 청결하고 1층 맥주바 당구장 시설과 서비스 훌륭합니다. 주변 지역 위치 훌륭하고 대신 인촨 자체의 날씨가 워낙 건조하다보니 입술이 갈라지고 피부가 따가운데 호텔내 습도가 워낙 낮아서 좀 힘들었네요

I visited Kimpinski on my birthday and it was amazing. They decorated the table so well and the food menu they gave us was great. My friends and I had a great time! This dinner will always be remembered.

The experience of spending one night at the Kempinski Hotel was wonderful. First of all, the service was first class. Markus, the hotel executive, was here when I arrived to check-in at the front desk and made sure I was greeted with open arms and warmth. Both hannah, the receptionist, and Fiona from the sales team made the check-in procedure very smooth and pleasant. The room is outstanding. It was very new, spotless, cozy, with good wifi, amazing attention to detail, and a beautiful panorama. The various restaurants are excellent as well, offering excellent beer, burgers, and western cuisine. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and very good quality. The service was excellent throughout my journey, with helpful and happy staff. Such excellent service is not so common in China, and among all the good reasons to stay in this hotel in the future, this will be top-notch. Once more, thank you to the employees for making my visit so enjoyable.

Everything about this stay went smoothly, from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. The location was excellent, and we had a great time with the facilities, pool, executive lounge, and breakfast. A special thank you to a few of the team members who assisted us, including Arie on arrival and Joanna and her crew in the executive lounge. Highly recommend for location, amenities, and service. 酒店的硬件設施非常好，但整體服務有待改善和提高，大部分的員工都熱情有禮，但多數不懂英文，有需要和他們溝通時比較困難，住的是無煙樓層，但很多時候聞到有菸味道，可能在中國內地不守規矩的人比較多吧！有投訴，但沒有改善，早晨食物比較差，和五星酒店完全不匹配，希望有所改善。
