Room are very small...its studio , put short upper level for another matras for 2. Upper level only enough for sitting...there is sink and a small pantry..but very small for cooking..even for 1 stove. Over all room only enough for 4 people including upper short level...not for 5 or 6.. no space for opening luggages if for 5 or 6 peoples.

In the middle of the City on the North Bund we found this room to a discount price. Location was great! Bed very hard and the shower didn't work OK. Part of a hotel that had had better days. But near to everything!

We are a family with 2 children aged 12 and 9. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. A funky apartment with character. Great views, all day winter sun. We got sick with food poisoning, and the staff were helpful and understanding, it was a great place to recuperate for a few days. We will stay here again on our way back to NZ.

För den som inte tänkt spendera mycket tid på hotellet är detta perfekt. Lobbyn ligger som vi visste upp några våningar i ett rum bland alla appartments. Där inne sov "receptionisten" i sin säng när vi kom mitt i natten för att checka in. Smidigt att det på så vis alltid var bemannat (även om hon var lite svårväckt). På kvällarna är huvudentrén låst och man får gå in bakvägen med kod, vilket krånglade till det lite eftersom vi inte kunde koden. Men vi lyckades hitta en sovande vakt i en vaktkur som efter lite om och men släppte in oss.

此酒店為服务型公寓，鄰近外滩，步行到地铁站及各主要景点也只是十分鈡之行程，真的非常方便。再说，我所住的房间可以眺望外滩，每天都可欣赏日、夜之景色，真美妙啊

Нам очень понравилось! Соотношение цена-качество - 5 баллов! В номере постоянно убирались, персонал готов помочь в любое время. В номере фен, утюг, кухня с посудой, приятно порадовал своим присутствием роутер. На право-чудная улочка, на которой ночью разворачивается бойкая торговля вкусной едой. На лево-ресторанчики, магазинчики. Рядом ул.Сычуань, там вечером разворачивается рынок. Две станции метро, до обеих минут по 10-12 неторопливого шага. Также в 10 минутах магазины электроники, вещей и пр.пр.пр. До Пудона минут 15 пешком. Бронируйте! Рекомендуем!

Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen. Schöner Blick, Internet mit Kabel einwandfrei, zu Fuß in 5-10 Mnuten am Bund, trotzdem für Shanghai sehr ruhige Lage. Schade nur, dass keine U-Bahn wirklich nahe ist. Am ehesten Linie 10 Station Tiantong, sind aber doch 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Schön sind aber die vielen Hutong (Gassen) vom Weg zwischen dieser U-Bahn und Hotel: Garkücken, kleine Geschäfte etc.: traditionelles chinesisches Leben in der Stadt.

I can only give the stay an moderate to ok rating, as some experiences weren't the best. Firstly the checkin was a bit confusing and caused some stress. The ad description said that someone at the front desk would be there to greet us upon check-in, but leading up to the arrival date i received messages in chinese to add them in Wechat to communicate for more detailed instructions. I did this on but received no reply leading up to the date. So we arrived hoping that there would be someone there but this wasnt the case. We tried calling and contacted Expedia help for assistance which took some time, but around 30-45 mins we eventually got a reply via WeChat and we were able to check in using my wife (who speaks mandarin) to communicate but otherwise this wouldve been difficult. The room and building is a bit tired. We were given diposable bathroom towels only, but they did replenish these and did daily cleaning upon request. the TV works but has a clear line of broken pixels and Free channels were limited. Some descrepencies in the advertising - There is a washing machine, but no dryer, Im not sure where the pool or gym is as i didnt ask, but wouldnt be surprised if this doesnt exist in site or assessable for free. Location is nice with walking distance to the Bund, local shopping centres, and food.

사진으로 볼 때에는 깔끔한 곳이었지만 사진보다는 시설의 청결도가 별로였음. 뷰는 괜찮은은 편이었음. 원룸식으로 되어 있어서 객실에서 음식을 해 먹을 수 있는 장점이 있음.

10mims walk from Hotels.com wrong map direction. It was a nice apartment style hotel with kitchen facilities and clothes washing machine 10 years ago, but it's faded now. Pretty close to the bund, 15mins walk from nearest subway.

タクシーにホテル名を言っても通じません。また、建物外部にホテル名の表示が（たぶん）ありませんでした。中国のホテルには珍しく高速wifiが無料利用できます。しかし、部屋によっては受信感度が悪いです。ミニキッチンがありますが利用しませんでした。洗濯機と乾燥機が室内に完備してあるため選択には不自由しません。全室メゾネット式になっているようです。ベットは中国式でちょい硬めです。駅から遠いのが難点ですが、慣れれば問題ありません。

外観：建物外観には当該サービスアパートメントの表記は見当たらない。1Fフロントに聞いてもわからい可能性があるので、自力で建物奥のエレベーター（手前のエレベーターは12Fが止まらない）に乗ってフロントを目指そう。フロント：フロントは建物12Fの一室にある。（分譲タワーマンションのよう）日中はフロントが留守の場合があるので注意。洗濯機：洗濯機と物干しが完備されているので便利。 Wifi：全室無料Wifi完備を謳っているが、部屋によっては受信状態が悪い。ベッド：ロフト型のベットであり、日本人には硬いと感じると思われる。
