You would not need to know any Chinese to check in. The room was great, shuttles ran on time. Staff really tried to be helpful. When I did not understand something, they staff spoke into his phone translator and let me read... no i did not need an upgrade. (It was about $7 USD if I wanted it). I would book this again. Also I found the 2.8 miles or so is definnitely as the crow flies, as to navigate around the airport took about 20 minutes. So be ready for that! If you don't mind the language issue, and the 20 min. shuttle... book it!
