I live in here few times already. The hotel is comfortable and surrounding is very silent. And Wuxi is very quiet as well. I like this hotel.

部屋は綺麗で清潔、フロントスタッフも好感が持てた。朝食も種類豊富で満足。一つ残念な点、部屋に置かれている家具が、安っぽく粗雑。テーブルには傷、脚は錆びがあり、荷物置き台もボロボロ、バスタブの金属の取っ手もネジが取れているのか、プラプラ。ホテル全体は古さを感じず綺麗なだけに、細かな所の雑さが特に目立って、非常に勿体ない感じ。ホテル内の日本食レストランは、コロナで休業していた為、中華レストランで食事。価格もリーズナブルで、どれも美味しかった。

We went to Wuxi for travel on holiday and we booked 3 rooms for 9 person. Chek-in process was great and fast, that gave us a very good impression. The room was full equipped and was very capacious and brightness with a seperate tub. I think the area of the room was almost 50 square meter. Very very perfect for those families who have babies. Location was not as good as those in cities, however we were a self-driving trip so it didn't matter too much. It took only 15-min to the city.

청소상태 등 룸 컨디션이 작년 하반기 숙박시보다 훌륭해졌습니다. 로비에 편의점이 생겨 중국여행중 먹기 힘든 차가운 음료수를 먹을 수 있습니다. 4층 중식당에서의 식사도 아주 맛있었습니다. 호텔 레스토항치고는 가격도 부담스럽지 않고 좋습니다. 세탁서비스도 깔끔하고, 전반적으로 대만족입니다.

호텔은 매우 만족. 식사(면류는 꼭 먹어야함)는 특히 훌륭하였으며, 수영장 물이 매우 깨끗하였음. 고객응대는 매우 훌륭하였음. 서비스가 훌륭하였고 커뮤니케이션 문제도 없었음.(중국의 5성급 호텔에서도 영어가 잘 안되는 경우가 많은데, 의사소통에 전혀 불편함이 없었음.) 다만, 주변이 개발중이라서 가족 동반이라면 불편함이 조금 있을 수 있음.

The hotel is of excellent standards. Very clean and comfortable. Service was good too. I like that there were many lifts and they were fast and efficient. But pity the location was a big minus. It was far away from everywhere else. Not even a convenience store nearby.

Pullman Wuxi less than 15min away from airport. Happy to be picked up as we arrived late night. We didn’t see the taxi queue at the arrival hall. Transfer to hotel was quick. 3 persons came to pick us. They carried a card that bore my initials as instructed. Driver 1 took 2 luggage & both of us. Another concierge staff, Spark, with whom I was writing back & forth with, drove a Pullman van that carried our equipment bag. 2 bottles of mineral water were kept for us in our car. Arrived at hotel check-in desk, the female & male staff did a quick checkin for us. Gave us enough access cards to use, quickly assigned our unit. They did not introduce the hotel to us. But Jin, the guest relations, handed me her card, told me if I needed help just call her. She informed me about the breakfast floor, gym etc. She & Spark & another concierge staff helped us with our luggage. They spoke English! Room was spacious with lots of space for 3 pieces of luggage, lots of drawers & cabinets to store our clothes & shoes! Bathroom amenities were sufficient. Iron board, umbrella & an electric kettle plus all the cups & glasses & mineral water were all there. A few problems surfaced: 1. Bathroom - ‘fishtank’ type, we put the blind down. 2. See-through bathroom door, couldn’t close due to uneven floor. 2307. 3. Room faced a piece of land which was under construction. The noise didn’t affect us as we left early for our events. 4. Window ledge dusty.
