I truly enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Chengdu. The staff were very helpful. My return flight was a late evening flight and the staff were very helpful to extend the checkout timing so that i would not be stressed out about my luggage.

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel is. Although it has a major roads running outside, which you can't avoid, we didn't notice the traffic noise. Checking in was easy and the staff are all welcoming. The room was in a great condition and very clean. The bathroom was scrupulously clean with a large bath, separate shower, wc and two handbasins. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chengdu. To us it was a safe neighbourhood and although you need taxi or didi to get anywhere places were all within easy travelling distance. We will stay again.

My son and I traveled to Emeishan for an international wushu competition and stayed here for the night before transporting to the site. My son’s competition weapon did not catch the transfer flight and was left in Beijing. The hotel people were so nice contacting the airline, the airport and arranging for the lost luggage to be delivered directly to the hotel. They continue followed up and the luggage arrived 10 mins before we had to leave catching the train. They are SUPER! The hotel is nice. Room is clean. Nothing that may deduct any point from my review.

部屋は新しく快適。清掃も十分。フロントの女性スタッフは中国には珍しく対応が丁寧かつ、英語も完璧だった。スタッフ間の情報伝達も良好。ロケーション的には空港まで近く、高速の入口に近いので混まない。市内の中心へは少し遠いが、成都のタクシーは安いので全く気にならない。一泊一万円程なのでコスパは最高。

I recommend to stay 4 nights or more in Chengdu, specially in this hotel...in order to enjoy what the city can offer for tourism. A nice breakfast is very important in China. This Hotel offers you all you want to have a great breakfast.

This is the second time for this hotel. We got s luxury room which is extremely spacious. Breakfast is wonderful with every possible food product to suit East and West. The staff are charming and will do everything in their power to please you and there are excellent English speakers at the front desk. We rented a hotel car and driver to go to Leshan and though pricey was a limousine and very smoothly and safely driven in a country of very dangerous driving style though with few serious accidents. We had a water leak in our shower from the floor above and were immediately moved to another room without quibble. I would stay nowhere else.

I stayed for two nights. Clean room and comfy bed. Went to the gym. Not a big one but have the essential machines. The food selection at breakfast is good. Don't forget to try their spicy potatoes. High recommend.

I stayed at this hotel when it was another brand and there were no service at all, but now it is a Renaissance hotel, its totally different. you get a good welcome in the front lobby and the breakfast service is great where the manager would greet you in a very professional manner.
