The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Upon check-in, ginger tea was served and the hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and its location very convenient for business meetings in Optical Valley and Economic Development Zone. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also stands out for the local cuisine. Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Wuhan for business.

The service at this hotel was expelempary. English language was enough to get everything I needed like booking cabs. The hotel is beautiful and the room very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t go out in the area so not sore about location. Will definitely stay again!

Really a grand hotel Western type in the Wan area. Very hospitable. Very pleasant environment. The room is neat and clean with a nice ambiance. Restaurant is very good. Lots of varieties. Room attendants are very polite and have high client orientation. I'm happy to have been there.

The breakfast was good, the place is large with a very old decor. Also, the bar was really dark with no guests. I was planning to go to the grace hotel as a long-term residence. I drank it, never to come back.

This is my first visit to China. This hotel has true international standards, according to me. The common areas and modern rooms have very elegant designs. The restaurant offers a wide range of fish options, a wonderful selection for breakfast, and a buffer supper of manna, which is ideal for seafood lovers. The complimentary red wine is of the highest caliber. The only major drawback of this hotel is that practically no one speaks or comprehends English. The front desk should have English-speaking staff on staff because communication is a major problem.

For a business hotel in Wan, this is a very ornate design. Large room, a comfortable bed, quality toiletries, and a huge bathroom. Simple check-in process. The buffet served dinner and breakfast. Grills were good for dinner. Breakfast was omelet and fruit. Not too expensive.

We went to this hotel for a buffet dinner, and it was delicious and had a wide selection of dishes with a good mix of Asian and Western cuisine. The desserts and wine were really satisfying. The attentive service made the experience pleasant and worthwhile to revisit.

Conveniently located across the street from the light rail station. Loved the laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!
