The staff is amazing and always makes me feel at ease. I return to the sangria shenzhen once more amid a couid outbreak in the city. When I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately feel at ease. As always, collin cheng from the front desk had my room ready and well prepared in the way it should be. When I later returned to the horizon lounge, I was greeted with love and hospitality by people I already knew. Lin carying lounge chef was a saint, checking in constantly and making sure that we would always enjoy delicious meals. Zoey wei xiaoping lounge assistant went above and beyond to get me French rolls from the coffee garden in particular.

This place has fantastic services, especially for Charlotte Lee sister. She was very professional and good in cleaning and she always did it on time. We also have responsibility for our belongings. Her communication with us as clients was very professional and friendly.
