This is a basic business hotel. The personnel at the reception, who speak English well, are very helpful. The receptionist is very cordial and helpful, and she gave me the address of the Indian restaurant. The building also has a yoga center, which is very nice. There is a restaurant and a spa there, but I didn't try both. In the evening, you feel comfortable in the hotel's entire neighborhood, but occasionally people play by the road, and the overall atmosphere is amazing.

I want to say that the price is really worth it. The location is quite strategic, far from the gunman metro station, and close to the gunman metro stop. The staff were helpful, and the room was really nice and clean. Breakfast is included in the price, it's weird because they order it from McDonald's, and I feel like they should replace the towels with new ones. I hope the room is better again, but it is not too costly.

Our first visit to mainland China was this one. We reserved this hotel because it was close to one of the major metro rail lines. We stayed at this hotel probably from June 2017 to June 2017. The main complaint was the language barrier. Almost nobody spoke any accurate English. To get to our reserved hotel, I used the navigator app which had maps downloaded. We were traveling from Guangzhou airport bus to Shenzhen. According to the bus route, the guangzhou Shenzhen bus would reach its final destination in the shenzhen railway station terminal. The bus driver let us off about 20 a.m., early before the hotel we had reserved located on the navigator map. We struggled in explaining to taxi drivers what hotel we were traveling to. After several map-based sign language exchanges between myself and the electric taxi drivers, one finally agreed to transport us to a new time hotel booked online. When we came to the hotel, the concierge staff informed us in poor English that we had booked. The rooms were excellent. I think we were placed on the with floor. We had trouble making them understand that we needed lunch right away, so we immediately chose to go to the nearest McDonald's. With the exception of the language barrier, the hotel provided excellent service.

I have stayed here two times in October. Both of the rooms are very good in size and comfortable. But, both rooms showed signs of age and need to be fixed up properly. The walls had water damage. On the edge of showers and sinks was mold. A thorough cleaning and maintenance would have been a big help for this hotel.
