Hotel is quite new, affordable, clean, safe and elegant. Front desk staffs work from dawn to dusk and are very friendly. The only issue with the hotel is a bit far from either south station subway station or Dongzilin station, about 15 minutes walk. There are limited shopping and restaurants in the near vicinity within 15 minutes walk. Other than that, this hotel would be perfect.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. I like the safe, quiet, convenient environment as well as the pleasant services. The price and provided services are very competitive in whole Chengdu area.

The hotel is extremely modern. Incredibly comfortable bed with a variety of pillow options. The staff speak very limited English, however with the help of a translation app they are able to help with any requests. Variety of Western food options also available at breakfast. Location is also good. Would highly recommend based on the high standard and comfort of the hotel.

This is a 34-star hotel, in my opinion. The room has little toilet paper. I wish there were more employees who spoke English. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. Internet is unprotected and no password. Not very good. Nearly everything was blocked. Maybe by the government, but much more was not able to be accessed than when we were in Shanghai. I was unable to access work because my computer from work doesn't allow a connection from an unprotected wifi network. There is little toilet paper in the room.

After staying at another hotel where the room was so spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the bathroom was just amazing, we have a fantastic experience. All the staffs here were very kind and friendly. All the staff were so attentive and so accommodating.

The room was clean and stylish. And then, the breakfast that they served was awful. After that, the place was still under construction. Subsequently, the plastered walls were the only cover when it was installed.

I've been here for 4 nights with friends. The rooms were clean, the bedspillows were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke everywhere very common in china, I know our rooms were supposed to be smoke-free.

The cleanliness of this place is good because the personnel is very friendly and helpful, but no one speaks English. This hotel has a big size room with a decorated room but the whole building smells of cigarettes.

The only two things is the property shouldn’t use light color carpets since it leaves stains and hard to clean. The room I have the carpet is dirty with stains. Location is far from malls and metro. I rent couple bicycles in order to go to malls and metro about 15mins with traffic.
