Probably the best hotel in Xining. Nice building and good rooms. Good gym, yoga, ping pong and billiard rooms. Excellent service, all requests are fulfilled within minutes.

空港からホテルへのアクセスは、エアポートバスがあり大変便利です。市中心部へはタクシーを利用していましたが、公共バス（31番）でも移動できました。周辺には万達広場や飲食街があり、立地も良いです。従業員の方の対応も好印象です。機会があれば、また利用すると思います。

We 5 people carried a lot of luggage, and missed one piece when checked out. The staffs of the hotel found that it was too late to send to the airport hence they sent one staff to carry the big luggage to Xi'an (our next stop) by train and delivered to us for free. They are unbelievable nice and I highly appreciate their help in my trip. I will strongly recommend the hotel to my friends.

We had a great time there! It was difficult to communicate in English when we arrived, which we had not anticipated from a luxury hotel chain in Europe. Nevertheless, a woman who spoke excellent English was called, and everything went smoothly. Our first room smelled of smoke, so she apologized and even gave us a suite! It was very big, clean, and comfortable, in French style, with two bathrooms, a living room, and a bedroom. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

It's an excellent facility in general. The brand-new hotel is tastefully designed and appointed. With an operable window and a tiny but ample work area, the luxurious room was large enough. Except for the tips, which were rather thin, the bathroom fixtures and amenities were of the highest caliber. Despite the fact that English was a little difficult, the hotel service was extremely helpful. The individual cuisine. I only had a few meals at the main western restaurant, and the service was very disappointing. In actuality, coffee was horrible. However, a plate of delicious macaroni and other sweet treats were provided when I requested a drink in the lobby bar. The recreation facilities on the third level should be given particular consideration since they were outstanding. Snooker room, pinging area, two yoga multipurpose rooms, and a large, brilliant gym are just a few examples of their excellent use. The pool is not particularly deep and in a weird shape but enough to accommodate a group of 34 swimmers. As there are no real lanes, be prepared to catch on people splashing around in the water on the crossdiameter. The storage area was huge, with a lot of lockers, a dry sauna, and a steam room. There are several Mahjong game rooms on the opposite side of the floor, which I'm sure can be utilized to cards or anything else

Excellent hotel with ample room improvements. Both the exterior and the interior of the entire structure have been carefully planned. Excellent housekeeping food with a substantial meat load. The room is very clean.

Limpeza das mesas de pequeno-almoço muito má (apenas retiram a louça do hóspede anterior da mesa sem qualquer limpeza da superfície e sem trocarem os individuais já usados por uns limpos). Limpeza do quarto ok, água do chuveiro com pouca pressão. Restante serviço agradável. Boa localização.
