Would definitely stay here again. Nice and clean, ideally located just off the high street, breakfast selection was excellent, unfortunately when we arrived we were told there was no dinner menu as there was no chef as he had left the week before. Mark and Lucy were great hosts after being thrown in at the deep end short notice, couldnt be more helpful and allowed guests to order food that could be eaten in the hotel. We were in the attic room which was fine if you could climb 3 flights of stairs.

We had a great time there. The hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation, and it appears to be brandnew and inviting. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The breakfast and late dinner the previous evening were wonderful. This is an excellent location to keep in mind for summer, even though i believe they just opened for the season when we were there. A really kind girl and extremely welcoming people.

I recently stayed here, and i must say, the hotel is very welcoming and wellorganized, thanks to mark and the team. The breakfast is very delicious, with a special emphasis on hagis and local sausages.

Such a pleasant place to stay. Excellent food, a cozy, wellstocked bar, and warm hospitality make this a delightful place to stay. We eagerly anticipate returning.

We didnt stay at this hotel but booked for an evening meal. We were not disappointed. Very enjoyable, properly cooked food. Great service too. I will definitely be back and probably book a room next time we visit.

Lokasinya bagus, saya tidak menginap di hotel tapi makan disana, tidak direkomendasikan. Lantainya lengket, karpetnya kotor sekali, seperti berjalan melewati kubangan lumpur lalu melewati lantai yang lengket menuju bar yang terlihat berantakan dan kotor. Menunggu waktu yang sangat lama untuk makanan dan minuman kami. Bagian-bagiannya tidak berasa dan terlalu matang. Saya tidak mengerti ulasan bagusnya.

I would recommend it and will be back. I stayed at this hotel with my 2 dogs in a beautiful location. Mark and lucy were absolutely wonderful. Cozy bar with open fire, lovely restaurant, and spacious warm rooms. There is plenty to do in the area. The hotel grounds are also beautiful.

I stayed for two nights in a lovely, spacious room. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Extremely dog friendly. I have rebooked for later in the year as a gift for my parents.

The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious - you can tell lucy made it with love, the bar was wellstocked, and mark is a wealth of knowledge and an excellent conversationalist.

We went for a meal. It was a great dining experience with fancy food. The price was at our higher end and a 10% service charge was applied to the bill. The service was good and it was busy.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, conveniently located just off the main street with lovely shops and restaurants. Had a lovely meal at the little puffin which was suggested by mark at the hotel he couldnt have been more helpful. He provided us with a lovely breakfast this morning setting us up for our travels thank you again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic and couldnt fault the room or bed. The hotel itself is clean and very tastefully decorated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and a big plus that they are dog friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

In february 2022, we spent four nights here. When making the reservation, mark was really helpful. In a super suite at the top of the house. Breakfast was excellent. With a fantastic selection using the prebook form. Even though the evening meal was unavailable due to a technical glitch. Mel went out of their way to book us into some neighborhood restaurants and even provided us with tea, silverware, and plates to eat at a local takeaway restaurant in the hotel dining room. Mel and anna were both very kind, recommending some lovely places to visit and taking care of us while the boss was away. Very dog friendly. A visit to robbie at the crannie bar is a must. It snowed while we were there. So it was very beautiful. Strongly advised.

I regret not being able to remain longer. You can stay in the most luxurious hotels and leave feeling like part of a tourist production line. Additionally, you can stay at a private hotel where the proprietors welcome you. Are interested in where and what you want to see and do, and can assist you in getting there. Mark checked all the boxes. Conversation and attention made our stay at the seyside hotel a must during our threeweek uk tour. The restaurant offered the best traditional scottish food selections we have seen so far. Lucy is a clever cook. The spacious bathroom and suite were fantastic. The large bar and lounge area. People make it.
