The apartment was very spacious and spotless, plus it also has a balcony. As a plus, it was a lot better than a hotel room. Breakfast was delicious and Asian, and the coffee was pleasant. The front desk staff spoke good English.

I arrived late at night and was greeted with a smile. Although I checked in late, the counter gave me a higher grade. Clean and well-maintained room with all the basic amenities. Hot shower water is available. Coco park is about a 10 minute walk away. Will return to this hotel if I get the opportunity.

One of the rooms has the nicest city view. Every day, they clean your room and change the towels, which is good. Sadly, no one in the reception area can speak English, but it's okay because they will do their best to accommodate you. A big thank you to the man who went above and beyond to give me a bandage for my wound.

First, the excellent, adequate location, which is within walking distance of the subway, rooms are spacious, the majority are two-story living rooms, the bedroom above is accessed by a hallway, there is a washing machine, and there is also a tiny balcony. There are a decent selection of rooms amenities, including bathe, tea, coffee, water, soap, and shampoo, as well as a room with a kitchen and a small balcony. The poor or good room decor is a little antiquated for those of you who favor luxurious contemporary rooms. Hotel cuisine is subpar. There are only a few restaurants close to the hotel, including an amazing Italian pizza place across the street, other Chinese restaurants with poor decor but still providing decent cuisine wifi is a little patchy at times, and the receptionist is not fully trained, though they do their best. Though they are quick to comprehend some silly charades, the majority of the receptionist is only conversant in Mandarin! The wifi key in the room once or twice didn't function. As a result, I had to travel back all the way back to the reception, which was a bit expensive for the amenities.

Stayed 4 days in the sunflower hotel, the place is very strategic, and the staff was very helpful and served a decent breakfast. Conveniently located near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition. The room has a bathtub and is big. The price is fair and affordable.
