Its a nice hotel, but thats about it. No surprise no major disappointment. The pool is open to the public so many locals bring their kids to visit, which is fine but made the facility tad too busy at the same time. Gym is nice and restaurant is good. Unfortunately, the bar is closed due to pandemic. Overall i had ok experience but hoped for more.

The location is good, the food is delicious, and the place is quiet. The room is nice. We didnt know how to get to the airport but a manager named ken su helped us find cabs. Thank you!.

I have visited this place before, and i wont be returning. The hotels general atmosphere is decent. Its not the first time ive been here, but it won't last. In my opinion, the hotels beer is excellent.

The hotel has a beautiful view and provides excellent service. Ken, the lobby manager, gave us hints on places to visit and also reminded us to dress more since it is cold outside. He is really considerate, and i believe our experience will be unforgettable.

The hotel is amazing, but a bit outside. There is nothing nearby than the lake. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to huairou. Iconic architecture.

The service at the hotel is satisfactory, and the establishment is spacious. However, during the spring and summer, certain rooms tend to be extremely hot and stuffy. I would advise booking a room facing the lake if you are visiting during springtime. Otherwise, the air conditioning is inoperative, making it unbearably warm during colder months.

This place close to convention centers. Then, the location is stunning, with spacious rooms and breathtaking views. After, they have safes, refrigerators in the room. Subsequently, this place is quiet and secure.

I had a great experience overall thanks to ken. I needed to get resembling from the concierge, but i dont speak any english, and the staff at the front desk hardly speak english. Ken, the manager who assisted me in checking in, however, speaks english fluently, so he asked me to assist me with getting the parcel.
