This is a lovely hotel, and behind it lies an mrt station. The hotels afternoon tea service was excellent as well. We were taken to the mrt station by a member of the staff named lucy. The hotel is extremely fortunate to have her as the front desk staff. What a wonderful experience!.

The hotel is very clean and very spacious. The bed is a bit on the softer side but overall still comfortable. Soundproof! You can expect a good nights sleep. Breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. I highly recommend this place.

We would gladly stay here again. This is a lovely boutique hotel. The breakfast spread is delicious, the staff is very helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed for five days. The room was neat and clean, and we were given a free upgrade to a family room with a bathtub. Rich daily breakfast. Every day, go out early to grab some biscuits and coffee. Have a cup of tea. Like being at home.

Overall, i would strongly recommend the nook! A fantastic hotel. Checkin and checkout were simple and quick. They took a monzo card to cover the cost of a cab they had booked for me when i checked out. Language was occasionally a barrier depending on the staff member, but the staff had helpful translators at reception i would still recommend having a translate app. The restaurant is more like a restaurant next door that has a connection from the hotel. We didnt go for breakfast, but did for dinner, which was quite nice, despite some shady english translations! The price worked out at around 100 rmb per person, about 10 gbp at the time. The room was lovely and spacious with air conditioning. The bathroom had a small bag of useful items like combs, earbuds, shower cap, and mini toothpaste. The bath was large but didnt take too long to fill, a nice extra was a small bag of bath salts. The shower was wet room style, with an overhead rain style in addition to the usual shower. Finally, a hair dryer was present. The bed was very large and comfortable with pillows that werent too soft or hard. I know all that is subjective, but i would happily exchange it for my bed at home! All the switches were either on one side of the other of the bed, including switches for the lights and curtains to open and close! The location listed on application maps is inaccurate, and i cant update it, but your driver should know it correctly. There is a great strip of restaurants next to the hotel, including a Starbucks and a restaurant serving western food like burgers etc.

Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya menemukan hotel yang bagus di Hangzhou. Benar-benar luar biasa! Suasananya nyaman, dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, kaya di pagi hari, staf di semua lokasi hangat dan ramah dan pelayanannya luar biasa! Staf wanita yang terhormat, sampai jumpa lagi!

5 star hotel, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are hungry at night, you can ask them to help you order some local supper from their some food delivery app. The hotel has a really nice view of the misty mountains and has a 24 hour convenience store (7 Eleven located at the back. Also at the back of the hotel restaurant there is a small restaurant for hotel staff that is really cheap and there is a noodle stall with noodles ranging from 15 rmb. The food there is not too salty. Starbucks is right next to the hotel building and serves coffee.
