숙소가 되게 넓고 깨끗해요. 혼자 여행하는데 지하철역도 근처에 있고 길 건너면 마트도 있고 식당들도 많이 있습니다. 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있고요. 호스트 분들도 굉장히 친절하시고 이번 여행에서 제일 좋았던 부분이 숙소였습니다.

客房清潔度還不錯設備齊全但我們這次出遊沒有用到洗衣機飯店位置雖然不在鬧區裡面但也不算太遠整天評分大概4.5 唯一一個比較搞笑的狀況是預定10/18-10/20 行前飯店卻傳訊息說國慶假期不接待外賓但後來詳問後才發現是烏龍一場

飯店乾淨整潔，服務人員親切，不過床鋪和沙發有點塌陷，廁所馬桶蓋有點壞掉了，應該要適度更換，不過整體而言，非常舒適整潔，直得推薦。

在東四地鐵站旁很方便，居住環境很單純，不會吵雜。北京的地鐵轉乘都很便利，對不熟悉內地的港台自由行旅客而言，利用高德地圖app 找景點路線真的很好用，還有公寓室內有洗脫烘的滾筒洗衣機（夏天不建議烘，室內有曬衣架），雖然貼心，但使用的標示步驟不夠貼心，和太太兒子足足研究了15分鐘才上手，建議找一個新手從頭抄作實驗一遍，才能證明到底哪裡的標示不清，畢竟出門在外，衣服的清潔真的很重要。工作人員態度不錯，整體給90分。

This location is very convenient, a short stroll to subway, supermarket just across the road and some restaurant around. Wangfujing shopping mall is only couple station away, can be reached by walking as well. For a week stay with family in here is very good as they has washing machine to wash the dirty cloth. The service is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful

It is the luxury serviced department very close to city centre. It is spacious enough to accommodate our family of 4 including 2 teenage children. The room is clean and is provided with daily room services. The room had a small kitchen equipped with a cooktop, microwave and cookwares. There is a supermarket just around corner. We didn't use cooking facilities because there are a few eateries servicing decent Chinese food at very cheap prices around Dongsi Subway Station which is only 150 metres away. It is not a full serviced hotel and there are no on-site restaurants or other facilities catering for business travelers. However it is definitely family friendly. I would like to specially thank hotel staff Miss Cheng for her excellent services which was started well before we arrived including the airport transfer and tour to the Great Wall.

1. 建議下載高德地圖，輸入地址會看到定位在「凱德華璽大廈」中。正門（右手邊有負一樓的按摩，乾淨舒適明亮其實滿推薦的，晚上營業到24:00）進去左轉一直走，直到看見右手邊出現玻璃門裡面有三座電梯，門旁邊有對講機，酒店前台在925室，撥過去告知要入住就會有人下來帶囉！玻璃門還有電梯都需要感應磁扣(磁扣只能感應自己的住宿樓層) 2. 房間跟照片一樣，我覺得沒有差別，的確有家庭的感覺。這次住二大床房型(兩床的軟硬與大小不相同)；有電磁爐烤箱微波爐等，這次只有使用電磁爐(貼心提醒:無提供調味料XD 真心想要煮食可以出發前帶一些在行李箱裡哈哈哈畢竟調味料買新的很浪費)，大台的冰箱壞了，提供小冰箱(無冷凍功能，這有點小失望因為超想結冰塊和買冰放房間的)。衣櫃裡面有曬衣架所以我詢問了酒店人員操作方式後順利洗曬，洗衣粉免費提供在浴室裡(雖是晾房內但打開氣窗北京乾燥一天就乾啦)。浴室乾溼分離(淋浴間的水可能會滲出外面)，提供備品+大小毛(洗漱用品跟房內飲料泡麵有分收費與否，介紹房間時會告知)；有浴缸但建議自備浴缸套畢竟有點年紀了鐵的部分有生鏽 (如果在台灣沒有先買好可以像我一樣下載美團外賣訂購哈哈,但前提要有大陸門號)；房內還有提供一次性拖鞋+塑膠拖鞋 3. 優點：附近有像家樂福那種大賣場，還有24h麥當勞跟便利店，又離東四地鐵站近（但我這次打車居多），機能性很好，住宿的安全性也不錯，酒店服務人員也很可愛很熱心(我從出發前就一直在微信上麻煩小姊姊回答我很多問題)；房間打掃也滿仔細的，打掃大姊還洗了鍋碗瓢盆讓我們特別不好意思(這應該是住客自己洗吧XD) 4. 缺點：餐具沒有想像中齊全，原本期望很高的XD(要從別的房間找，但服務人員過程都很積極熱心)，房內沒有電話只能用自己電話跟酒店聯絡或直接到前台溝通，這點對有些住宿客應該會不方便；房內有WIFI，但只要進去房間我的免翻牆中港卡都會死掉不能有訊號T_T這點好崩潰，但我幾乎都在外頭回房間都是休息和使用不翻牆的APP，也沒有非常困擾就是了 5. 總結：房價是上下浮動的，這次訂到的價格我覺得很實惠，推薦有興趣的人可以入住，算是很推薦唷(入住櫃台有樓下按摩店的折價券很划算唷)

The hotel sent us instructions in Chinese to show the taxi driver from the airport which made it easy (taxi cost 90RMB). BTW ignore the location on this site if it’says Boafu Alley (disclaimer - I think I spelt that wrong). The hotel is the second big building east of exit C of Dongsi subway. Ask someone in the lobby to call up to room 925 and wait until someone comes down. The room was lovely and spacious with 2 large comfortable beds, a table, large sofa that can double as a bed, kitchen and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Having the washing machine was a life saver and there was a drying rack. The shower leaked when on at full volume but we just turned it down and that solved the problem and there was still great pressure. The staff were lovely and helpful. Some spoke some English but we didn’t have a problem with communication. The location was ideal. A 2 min stroll to exit C of the Dongsi line which has both lines 5 & 6. The WuMart was across the road to buy supplies and McDonald’s was just around the corner in case you get really desperate. As a family of four we could not have had better, we had plenty of room, the wifi was great, we had everything we needed plus more. I absolutely recommend staying here if you are prepared to overlook the odd loose tile & old sealant in the bathroom. The place was clean & tidy and I would absolutely stay here again.

가족 자유여행 3박4일동안 아파트처럼 편안히 지냈습니다.단지 구글맵으로 바우처에 있는 주소를 찍고 갔는데 반대방향 뒷골목으로 안내해서 조금 당황했어요.30분 헤메이다 다행히 동네 할머니 한분을 만나 잘 도착. 체크인을 하고 안내문을 영어로 열심히 설명해 주시던 여직원분 체크아웃때 못만나서 아쉽지만 애쓰시는 모습에 너무 감사드립니다. 세탁기 다리미 탑쿡 빨래걸이까지 집 분위기라서 덕분에 낯설지 않고 좋은 가족여행됐습니다. 보증금금액을 미리 알았더라면 경비환전을 더했을텐데 하는 아쉬움.체크아웃시 맡겼던 보증금을 찾았을땐 마지막날 이라 쓸곳이 없어 결국 면세점에서 선물샀네요...

服務人員非常友善、熱情，房間也很乾淨，設備很好，特別是有簡單的廚具、餐具，不想外出吃飯時，可以自己煮一些簡單的東西吃。離地鐵站很近，交通非常方便，附近還有超市，買東西也方便，下次去北京，還會再入住。

這次北京行是第一次去大陸玩, 看到大家的評語不錯就挑了北京馨香雅苑公寓, 他的位置很好, 第一次的確不好找, 因為我們從台灣過去, 定位有點怪, 他在東四站C出口出站右轉約2-300公尺, 第一間看到的超級無敵大公寓的9樓, 櫃台的服務人員非常親切而且熱心幫忙, 房間很大, 玩一整天回去休息很舒適, 有洗衣機可以洗衣服(有洗衣粉), 對我們旅行很長時間的家庭很棒. 有大冰箱可以製做成冰塊水, 七月的北京一定要喝冰塊水....整體很棒, 下次若再有機會去北京, 一定還會再拜訪!
