The hotel is beautiful, with extremely contemporary design throughout. A fantastic open concept lobby with views of the pool. The room we had was amazing! Great and stunning. The bed was the greatest part of our stay here. Soft, comfortable, big, and it feels like you simply sink into the bed as you lie on it! The room is spacious, beautifully lit, and warm tones. The toilet is also nice but the floor is very slippery, they provide an anti slip mat. The food wasn't too bad, and it was reasonably priced. There isn't a room service menu, so if you want to order it in your room, you have to go to the restaurant and take a picture of it. The to was so soft despite its volume being the largest. There is no sitting area in the room where guests can have their meals. The aircorn wasn't too cold, but they also have a fan! The pool was nice and heated! Breakfast was not very great, it was fairly simple, but their pastries are amazing! I even took one on my way out! They use chopsticks a lot, no forks or spoons, maybe you could request them to turn on the meter. The staff was friendly and helpful. They make an effort to communicate in English. They have a google translator app ready to communicate with visitors who don't speak Chinese.

It is overrated. Has an arty purpose but turns out to be uninteresting. The rooms are good but have awful equipment, for example, the wall plugs are too loose to hold a cellphone charger. The swimming pool is decent, but there isn't a towel available. A decent breakfast. Inside a convenience store, but with no advertised costs and no receipt. And in the end, the receptionist and breakfast restaurant are using their egos to be as stupid as they are lazy, or the other way around.

Very good design, with a spacious open foyer, tidy, large bedrooms and bathrooms, with a good pool area. We had the pool to ourselves most days until about 1600 which was nice. But, the price of the drinks listed on the menu is not worth it at all. There are two restaurants listed, but only one was open, there were numerous bars mentioned, and the restaurant was the only place you could get a drink. The breakfast and dinner menu was high for the quality of the food. We were told that because we couldn't use the shuttle bus because it's only for Chinese visitors, this is not acceptable in the uk and looked racist, as was the case in San Antonio. After a few days, the pool had a lot of algae that hadn't been properly cleaned, so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Most of the time, the toilet in the room smelled like garbage. One man from Nepal who worked at the front desk was wonderful and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rest of the personnel doesn't speak much English, but that wasn't a problem for us because we used a translator app more a warning to anyone looking to go. I would advise this hotel, however, it needs some changes in how it treats western visitors, the bar areas, and what's available.

When I asked to change rooms because the view was not what I expected, the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The resort is quiet and away from the crowds. I would return and recommend it.

Beliggenheden var ikke den bedste, det var en militær brandstation lige på den anden side af gaden. Hotellets morgenmad var 99% kinesisk mad, hvilket i for sig ikke gør noget, men der var ingen vestlige alternativer overhoved.

Had to leave early because of a medical emergency and am having a hard time getting a refund. Also, is outdated and people smoking all over the place. It certainly is NOT a 4 or 5 Star hotel. I am still waiting for approval if a refund
