The employees were always polite, considerate, and competent. The cleanliness of the room was high, which is expected at a hotel setting like this. On my departure day, the manger also gave me a late checkout, and the views were breathtaking. Although my stay was only four days, it felt at ease. The amenities are not even properly described in star service. I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a preview suite when I arrived. The manager handwritten a note to me if I were a new visitor to the property after checking out. After checking, I also received free juice and other beverages that were delivered to my room. Although my visit was brief, it felt at home. I hope there are more of this hotel chain nearby. I would merely stay with my thoughts in mind.

I would not recommend stopping at this hotel. Stayed in this hotel as part of a 5 day tour of China as part of a package with cruise on October 17th, which is a national holiday. The positives of this hotel are that it's in a good area, it's very attractive and clean. But the shower was dirty. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were not very helpful, the western breakfast wasn't good and the AC in the rooms was very hot but funny as the reception and hallways were very cool. They threatened us to sleep in the reception so they got us a fan.
