It serves as both the Federation's cadre training school and one of the training bases under the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The facility boasts over 10 meeting rooms, including a multifunctional hall that can accommodate up to 400 people, as well as multimedia training classrooms, making it suitable for various conferences and training programs. The dining facilities can seat up to 800 guests simultaneously, featuring 25 private dining rooms and 5 banquet halls.
