At the beginning of millennium, this place was re-developed into a unique creative park that has emerged as a haven for artists, designers, and cultural enthusiasts. A trendy place for music, café, bookshop, artifact, fashion, eateries, art galleries, designer studios of different dimensions, weekend flea market etc. It has become a place for visitors to chill out, away from the bustling metropolis, particularly those interested in modern art and design.This historic building once housed settlers working in the area and has since been thoughtfully redesigned into an inviting accommodation while retaining much of its original charm and character. The 5-storey structure is nestled among lush trees and greenery, with the 4th and 5th floors offering breathtaking views of the treetops—one can even feel as though they’re wandering through a small rainforest canopy.There are supermarket and eateries next to the hostel, banks and post office within 10 minutes on foot.
