天門山ロープーウェイ乗り場まで徒歩で行ける場所にありとても便利なホテルでした。豪華な感じではありませんが、特に問題なく過ごすことができました。

The staff were very accommodating as I had come to Zhangjiajie on a research project and I wasn't sure how to find the village I needed to. Broad Hu, in particular, helped by organising a guide at short notice and changing my travel plans made by a third party to make the project a success.

主要是早餐比較多油，需要用水泡一下...其他都是非常出色的！貼心！房間乾淨，入住順暢，應該是張家界比較好的酒店！記得喔，去景點的巴士酒店外大庸路都有，不用到汽車站的。

We were upgraded to a doremon suite when the hotel saw that we had kids. Tina at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way during our stay and to make sure that we got to the airport on time. Everyone should have someone like her on their team. The hotel does not have 24 hours room service. And the city closes early. But one of the bell boys personally took my husband to the local KFC to get some food. The customer service, despite the language barrier is the most homeliest that I have ever experienced. The hotel is old. Room was large and the view is fantastic. They have everything there for you - but it’s not the most luxurious in terms of finishings. It’s the best hotel in downtown and 5 minutes walk away from the cable car and the downtown street of restaurants.

Easy to get to from the airport. Central to city, close to bus / train stations and cable car for mountain. The rooms are large and spacious but the chairs and stool in this room needs to be replaced or re-upholstered as they are showing signs of wear. If this hotel wants to attract more western visitors then the reception staff need to learn basic English. whenever I tried to communicate the staff member had to call over a colleague who understood a little English. English speaking staff in China are a big asset in attracting western tourists.

Arrived late at night, and the lighting was very dim and the hallways very dark, we did not think it was a 5 star hotel, it looked uninviting, however with the light of day we did see that it had potential. "No smoking" signs were ignored. English was not spoken and communication was difficult. Room was big, clean enough but did find something left by the last occupants. Close to shops and very close to the cable cars up to Tianman Mountain. Area comes alive in the evening with activities across the road at the square.

Aircond not working for my 5 nights stay due to Aircond maintenance? So disappointed and so hardly to sleep and get sick fever sore throat. So bad. Lost of confident about china hotel. Room request more drink water get extra charge so bad it’s so called 4 stars hotel? Please don’t go to this hotel. Don’t recommended.
