Great option in a terrific location in the walled city. Gave our family a chance to spread out and get some laundry done before the next leg of our journey. Property has charm and was renovated to a high standard. Breakfast was included and while it wasn’t spectacular, there were multiple options and was consistently good. Would highly recommend as a two bedroom hotel option at a very reasonable price.

I would come back to Casa Claver in a heartbeat. It was perfect for our family of 5. Clean and very comfortable. Close to everything in the walled city. It was nice to have the rooftop pool to cool off in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious! Benjamin and James at the reception are amazing hosts. They speak English, and are very helpful. Thank you, Casa Claver! We will definitely be back.

Truly a 10/10 stay, highly recommend Casa Claver. My sister and I stayed for the long weekend, we felt the property was very well maintained, clean, safe, and all of the staff and other guests were so welcoming and kind. Very walkable location, but also super easy to Uber all around.

Casa claver offers quality service. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The property is very clean, welcoming and peaceful. It’s location is great if you are looking to participate in excursions, most meeting points were anywhere from 7-10 min walk, other hotels I reviewed that required transportation. The breakfast is very good, I would suggest pick a different one every day you’re there. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. I would highly recommend and also visit again.

All the reviews are spot on. Perfect location, beautiful property and amazing concierge who took plenty of time to help us plan activities. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Biggest plus for me, the enormous rooms are almost soundproof and are completely separated from each other; we only saw one other guest on our last day. The A/C is fantastic as well as the hot water. The rooftop pool is lovely to enjoy after a long day. Despite the central location you'd never know it. Comfy beds, pillows and we had the best night sleeps in our two weeks in Colombia. The included scheduled breakfast was a first for us and a real treat. The meals are perfectly prepared, fresh and filling. If you're looking for a good massage nearby, check out MG Spa Massage. I'm sad to say I forgot the girl's name but this was one of the best massages I've ever had. For dinner, Tito Bravo and Benitto are wonderful.

We were very impressed with the property. You can order your breakfast in the room every morning. James in the front desk was very welcoming from beginning to end. Assisted us organizing tours, recommendations for dinner and making reservations for us and/or ordering transportation. Even walk us to the seaport to catch our trip to the Rosario islands so that we would not get lost. Benjamin was in the afternoon shift and took great care of us also. Christy on the weekend assisted us with the restaurant reservations. Great place to stay. Air conditioning is excellent. Rooms very clean.

Our experience in Cartagena itself was not very good however the staff at our hotel were wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and create an enjoyable stay to offset some of our more unfortunate experiences. The hotel was comfortable, clean and centrally located. The breakfast was fresh with a good amount of variety and the coffee delicious. The pools were both gorgeous and the rooftop pool was great for sun lounging.

Casa Claver was beautiful and located in the perfect spot in the Walled City. The rooftop pool and view is amazing. If you're thinking of visiting Colombia, do not hesitate to stay here. The staff was also fantastic. The breakfast was great, the maintenance crew is on top of everything (especially the flowers), and our main front desk person, Benjamin was a pleasure to speak to and had great recommendations. He also spoke fluent english as well as spanish.

Highly recommend this hotel. We were 3 adults staying in one of the lofts (one bedroom and a pullout couch). The room was spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They had a variety of activities and tours offered which was also nice. The breakfast was included in the rate and had great variety. The location is perfect right in the hustle and bustle yet the room was still quiet. There was even a washer and dryer in the suite that worked perfectly. We loved the rooftop pool. Cartagena is very hot and it was really nice to have the pool to relax in and take a break from the heat. No complaints and would love to stay again!!!
