I recently spent four nights at this beautiful boutique hotel in Cartagena, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—their friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out throughout my stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the breakfast, which was nothing short of incredible. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options that set the perfect tone for the day. The location couldn’t have been better. Situated within the ciudad amurallada, everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk away—historic sites, charming streets, restaurants, and local shops were all conveniently nearby. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena and looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay.

Our stay overall was amazing. The hotel is at a very good center point. You have access to anything and everything you want. From the minute you step foot outside there’s tons of things to do and explore. From restaurants, to pubs, supermarkets and even the vendors selling arepas at the corner. The staff is super courteous and friendly. The cleaning ladies and the personnel at the lobby are extremely nice. The only thing that I would suggest for the future is maybe placing a fridge and a microwave in the rooms, if not at the lounge outside the lobby. It would be very helpful. Other than that, I would go back next time I visit Cartagena.

I thought it was great my favorite part of this stay was the fresh made breakfast. It was super authentic and felt very home made. We went in a group and some rooms were tiny but mine was perfect ! If you are a constant traveler that hotels aren’t a big deal cuz it’s literally to shower and sleep then this is the place for you!

I had the best sleep during my stay. The bed and pillows are comfy. The shower was good with excellent warm water. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. Just sweet and nice people. I felt at home and welcomed. Also it is a great location to get to restaurants, museums, and meeting points for tours. I will stay there again.

O quarto é grande, cama ótima, a equipe de funcionários é mais do que excelebte e a localização é perfeita. Tem uma piscina pequena, mas limpa e suficiente porque nao tem muitos quartos. Todos pontos turísticos da parte histórica podem ser feitos a pé.

Flew in from Las Vegas and stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The room had everything I needed—comfortable big bed, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a TV. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was clean and practical, which was perfect for my trip. The biggest highlight is the location. You’re literally within walking distance of just about everything, and there’s so much to see and do in the surrounding area that I was out most of the day. Because of that, I really only used the hotel to shower and sleep, and it fit that purpose perfectly. The only downside is that you can hear street noise, including honking and police sirens, especially at night. That said, it didn’t bother me too much—throw in some AirPods or earplugs and you’re good to go. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One helpful tip: if you need a blow dryer or an iron, they aren’t automatically in the room, but you can request them from the front desk. Overall, I felt safe staying here and had a positive experience. If you’re looking for a conveniently located place and plan to be out exploring most of the day, I’d definitely stay here again.
