I can't accurately describe what I liked about this location called Casa Mosaic. Yet I could feel it, and it warm my soul. From the moment we arrived, jessica, who made sure everything was perfect, was great. The rest of the staff was so courteous and professional that it made our stay incredibly lovely. I believe there was a distinctive type of spirit in this place. Yes, I'm sure there was. It was the spirit of kindness, patience, love, beauty, and love itself. When I left, I thought that heaven itself would not be strange when they went there because they had a part of it right here on earth.

The only thing I regret is not spending more time here. This is a fantastic little hotel in Santa elena's mountains above medallion. Beautiful colonial farm house. The rooms are comfortable and heated by a woodburning fireplace, and it is a little chilly at night. The grounds are exquisitely landscaped. A dining area is served in the kitchenette, and a sitting area has a private area. Excellent WiFi. Its not close to the city or the airport, so it isn't a convenient stay. To explore the area, come here. About a two-hour drive or 12 km from the Parquet ari to Santa Elena, with a church and restaurants. Breakfast is included, lunch, and dinner are provided at the hotel if you don't want to get out. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. I came with a bicycle and explored the area that way. Without a vehicle, your exploration options might be limited, but a taxi will get you there, and transportation to the airport will be organized. There are massage and spa packages, but I have not tried them out yet. A nice place to just get away from the city for a few nights. Padlocklock locks lock the room doors, so if you keep the key, there is no housekeeping service. I'm sure theyd come

I can assure you that Casa Mosaic is the location for a long vacation in the mountains if you want tranquility and charm from an old hacienda. The lodgings are where I will begin. The rooms were charming. The food was organic and natural, from breakfast to lunch and dinner at the final meal. The food was delicious and reasonably priced that even food critics would find it to be extremely hearty. I advise that travelers, family, and friends have a fantastic time at the delightful and charming boutique hotel. Thank you latinoAmerican.

This place is very recommended, just be close to Santa Elena but it's not far from the busiest medallion area but close enough to get there in 30 minutes. I had a fantastic time with my wife. Sitting back in the tranquility and most of all, everything was perfect!

I stayed there with my family and loved the view, the tranquility, the fire place and the craziness. It is quiet, colonial, and lovely, but very isolated. The meal is excellent and the overall customer service is excellent. However, only a 5 star hotel can provide the same level of customer service and dedication.

Very cute small hotel. Quiet and serene with nice views. The staff was wonderful as well. Only complaint is the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. We also heard every sound from the room next to us.

The staff and the owners are great! Very helpful and friendly. From the hotel you have amazing views of the are as it is located on a rural area almost on top of a little mountain. Definitely recommended if you want to stay outside of the city for a couple of nights on a pace full and relaxing setting. We only spent a night but one of the highlights of our visit! Also, the landscaping within is great as there are flowers off all kinds throughout the property. You can experience warm days but really cold nights.

Een artistiek bloemrijk hotel met een schattig binnenplaatsje. De kamers die voorzien waren van een balkonnetje waren verreweg mooier en sfeervoller dan de andere kamers.De kamers zijn voorzien van een open haard ,die s'avonds voor je aangestoken wordt. Buiten hangen hangmatten. Hoewel men ontzettend hun best deed en erg aardig was , liet de kwaliteit van de service te wensen over. De informatie was niet altijd duidelijk.Het personeel sprak geen Engels (behalve de manager)Het is koud 'snachts , dus het is aan te raden om warme sokken en een trui mee te nemen.Toch raad ik iedereenaan , die van wandelen en de natuur (boerenlandschap en bossen) houdt om naar dit gezellige hotel te gaan.Het schattige dorpje Santa Elena Parque is makkelijk te voet te bereiken en vooral de restaurantjes "Canela" en "Monesterio" zijn van harte aan te bevelen.

We stayed here because it said it was close to the airport. This is NOT true. The hotel is absolutely lovely and charming but quite a bit far from anything. If you want to be secluded and hide away for a bit, this is the place for you. Very attentive staff and were accommodating by storing our extra luggage for us while we traveled. We will stay there again on our way back for sure.
