Its a very attractive hotel with lovely gardens, wellkept, and tidy. The human staff is efficient and friendly. There arent many rooms with air conditioning, and when we arrived, there was none. The bellboy, Andres, went above and beyond to locate an airconditioned room to move us. The restroom and the rooms are large and cozy. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of foods prepared by the guests. We did not use the activities because we visited the area during the day.

Amazing and well-kept location, but there arent children's activities or kids channels available when it rains. It is really hard to get dry towels for the pool. WiFi is awful. The individual booking the tour does not provide accurate or reliable information about the tours and prices. Be prepared not to have a quiet environment while getting a massage as the maintenanceactivity employees will be talking about personal matters loudly outside the spa room. Late checkout is not obtainable. Most of the employees appear to not enjoy what they do. They appear bored and occasionally not interested in helping you have the best experience. However, I would like to admire the spa workers, the store clerk, some waiters, the captain women from the buffet restaurant, and nico the driver. I would also suggest that they acquire a new printer for the activity employees so that they can provide kids coloring pages, as well as a new credit card reader or scanner for the cameron explorer center. Finally, be aware that when making a reservation through the cameron, they will offer items to your package that you later learn weren't included in your package, such as baggage. It is incredibly sad that the staff isn't concerned and the cameron chain is looking for money and credibility because they are not doing the most essential task of making the guest have the greatest vacation experience. It's a shame!.

The spa employees, the shopgirl working, some waitresses, the captain women of the buffet restaurant, and the driver, all seem uninterested in what they do. However, I would also want to urge them to acquire a new printer for the activity staff so that they can provide coloring pages for the kids and a new credit card reader or scanner for the cameron explorer center. Also, be aware that when booking through the cameron, they will provide stuff to your package that you later discover weren't in your package, such as luggage, in the unfortunate circumstance that the employees are deceived by the chain's crucial mission of making the guests have the best time while they are on vacation. It's a disgrace that the cost is so high, especially when it's raining at that time. You must be ready to be surrounded by noisy maintenanceactivities employees talking about their personal issues outside the spa room, thus be prepared for a massage. This is not the only time you can check out late.

Overall, it was a great experience. I stayed at the hotel for a few days. It is the ideal hotel if you want to explore the area because it is in a secure environment with friendly staff, located in a coffee plantation area and also offers daily trips that are not included in the price. The formula is all inclusive with lots of food and drinks, snack bar, and, in the afternoon, cappuccino. You can use the Camaron panama facilities, which are accessible by a free shuttle service. I enjoyed my time there, but I'd like to just stress that the staff does not speak English, so bring a translator with you if you want to communicate. Lockers are available, but you must pay an additional fee. Checking takes place after RPM so make sure you arrive early otherwise you cannot use any facilities and you are required to wait for your room to be ready either in the tiny lobby or just outside the lobby, it can be hot there.

A warm welcome to this hotel, cobbled corridors, gardens with heliconia plantations everywhere, and inviting you to enjoy your stay at its facilities and the rest you deserve in its massage rooms. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to be away from the chaos and noise of civilization.
