Even though the location is quite far from the hotel, as we can only have one car and just walk up to the lobby, the price is quite expensive. The place is also quite comfortable. We also visit my wife's parents. We enjoyed our visit. The facilities here are also good. The electricity is very inefficient because if I plug the phone, the lamp does not turn on, and there are complaints about it from other reviewers.

I spent a few days at the hotel. If you intend to tour the region, it is the ideal hotel because it is in a secure environment with courteous staff. Because they also organize daily excursions that are not included in the rate, it is situated in a coffee plantation region, making it the ideal place to stay if you want to do so. There is a snack bar, a snack bar, and in the afternoon, they even serve cappuccino in the allinclusive style of the food and drink. The Cameron panama's facilities, which a complimentary shuttle service will get you there. I enjoyed my time there, but I'd like to highlight one thing that the staff is not fluent in English. If you want to engage, make sure you have a translator with you. Lockers are available, but you must pay an additional fee for wifi is available, but you must pay an additional fee as checking takes place afterRP, so don't arrive earlier otherwise, you can't use any amenities, and you are forced to wait for your room to be ready either at the fairly small lobby or just outside it it can be hot there. It is a stunning hotel with lovely gardens, has been well maintained, is tidy, and has a staff that is savvy and friendly. When we got there, our room did not have air conditioning, despite having very few facilities. When we asked the bellhop, andres, to relocate us, he went above and above to find us an airconditioned room. The bathroom and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with a wide variety of food and many items prepared by the guests. We didn't use the activities because we were in the region during the day.

The buffet's food was delicious, and the staff was great. I wish they had staff in the pool area to offer drinks. We had to leave the pool to get drinks. There are three things that I wish there were more. The pool is very small and often fills up. I also recommend the snacks at the bar in the evening until midnight.

This hotel has a pleasant welcome, its corridors are cobblestone, it has gardens with Heliconia plantations everywhere, and it invites guests to enjoy their stay in the amenities, plus they have massage areas. All those who want to be away from the chaos and noise of civilization should stay here.

Personal amable, el hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones son un poco oscuras y al ser en madera a los que le toca el primer piso sufren por el ruido de arriba pues se escucha todo. Nosotros tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque estabamos con un bebe. La comida super rica

The hotel is beautiful, the check-in process was quick; the staff members a very corneous, nice and always sharing a smile. Finding a reservation for the dinner at the special restaurant was difficult. Also we couldn’t get reservations for lunch at the Panaca Hotel because they were only a few spots, despite we went early in the morning (bedore 7:00 am).

Las Heliconias es muy bonito, bellos jardines bien cuidados, equipo humano maravilloso y atento, muy limpias las instalaciones. Al llegar a la habitacion nos dimos cuenta que no habia aire acondicionado y realmente durante el dia hace calor y es muy húmedo. No tienen muchas habitaciones con aire, pero Andres Felipe, el botones, fue muy eficiente y nos consiguió cambiar a una habitacion con aire acondicionado, que estuvo muy buena, amplia y pudimos dormir muy bien. El equipo del desayuno muy amable y la variedad de la oferta bastante buena. El restaurante La Fonda no nos parecio tan bueno, ni el menu ni la calidad.

Not as good as they offer. Very basic, nothing to entertain, play ground closed, golfito close, you can eat but not enjoy the food, can hear all from nect room, can’t rest, not ac, basic tv channels, don’t waste your money.

El servicio de ustedes Hotels.com es muy malo, me facturaron a mis hijas como menores de 2 años y por esto tuve que pagar más de $1 millón adicionales cuando llegue al hotel. Me robaron.
