I am more than satisfied with my experience, and I was very glad to have chosen it for my vacation. Upon arriving at the resort, I was impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of my spacious room. The linens were replaced twice a day, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The lobby bar was not that great, the bars in the restaurants were better, especially the one in the Potofino restaurant. The food at the resort was very good, they changed options contantly that we were not bored and I loved having different food options every day. The lobby sitting area was open and airy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Potofino restaurant stood out as one of the best dining experiences during my stay. The pools, although not equipped with hot tubs, looked great and inviting. The Saturday entertainment was enjoyable, even though there weren't many organized events. Some guests sang karaoke, the other days. I particularly enjoyed the buffet at the World Cafe, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious with a variety of options. The coffee shop was good, although I found the snack choices to be somewhat limited. The resort staff made my stay even more delightful. All employees were friendly and had smiles on their faces. The hostess at the World Cafe impressed me by remembering our names and greeting us daily. The front desk staff were also welcoming and helpful. The only area where the resort fell short was the limited service near the beach.

The attention was excellent, I feel like family. The only bad thing was the distance from the hotel to the tourist area. but you don't need to leave the hotel. It lacks a disco so you don't have to go out.

The hotel and staff was excellent. The hotel also has children program and activities that are available which was great. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Leidy in the child center are excellent with kids. The food choices, room, and cleanliness of the hotel was superior. The staff was very accommodating. The only thing about the property is, it’s about 25 minutes from the wall city and the road to the property is a dirt road other than that it’s an excellent luxury hotel.
