This is the third story flat in the stellar la montana complex. A gym and restaurant are available. The apartment has some old decorations. The apartment itself is fine, however, the interior design is a bit vintage. The first floor is home to several commercial offices. The ground floor is where there are some commercial offices. It is fenced, making it easy to stroll downstairs, and it is pet-friendly because they keep all the guests who own dogs in the same building separated from any other rooms with dogs, which is ideal for those who do not have dogs. The rooftop has a gym and a restaurant.

The apartments are great, but there are some details that need to be taken care of. Our apartments had balconies and doors that did not close and the noise was an issue. Breakfast is different from the one in stellar la montana. We were offered hotel service but when we got there, nothing from the hotel was included.

I spent a total of 17 days at the hotel from December 17 2021 to January 12 2022. There were 3 total guests. With 9 people, we also sat at the Christmas party in December. I chose the hotel because of it's location and architectural significance as a former iconic city development built by pedro gomez cia. as part of the unicentro plenitud project in 1980 and the addition of another hotel la montana in 1981. Sadly, the decay is evident, with dated materials and decor in the rooms and apartments, mattresses, windows, kitchen, curtains, carpeting, etc. The hotel staff is not professionally trained to assist guests at a four-star or higher hotel level. We raised our concerns, but the response was slow. It took the hotel management about four days to replace a broken water heater in our apartment. The staff attempted to respond, however, it was clear that they did not have the tools or resources to expedite the services or make repairs. I sincerely hope the hotel is completely renovated, and the entire property restored to the condition it was over 40 years ago!.

I will definitely return in April if we return to Bogota. In addition to this installation in Bogota, I also visited their hotels in Papa, Boca, Opal, and Casanare. We were pleased with the prices, safety, installations, and customer service for each of them. The hotel was unquestionably compliant and exceeded the safety government covid 19 requirements. We had to wear a face mask, covering the nose, at all times I forgot my face mask, and they provided me with a face mask. The cuisine is superb. Every day for breakfast, and several times for lunch and dinner. Room service and maintenance were always available and listened to our requirements. We took time to relax in the gardens and walk inside the installation every day. Malls, restaurants, and parks are all within walking distance of the motel, which is unquestionably in a better location. The entire hotel personnel was courteous and accommodating. No exception.
