Great location. On a quiet street but very close to Zone Rosa where you have many bars and restaurants. The front desk staff is very nice. The room is very comfortable and clean and breakfast is good. I would definitely stay here again.

I gave this a ten in every aspect. First ten I have ever received. This will be my home base if I return to Manizales. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff was extremely courteous, cordial, and accommodating. The downstairs restaurant was excellent, and the chicken cannoli was my favorite. Every morning's breakfast was delectable. I stayed here for four nights. I had a wonderful outlook, and the rooms were tidy and of a decent size.

I would recommend this hotel! This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I stayed at while visiting Colombia! The staff was very nice and the restaurant was quite flexible. I love everything about this hotel.

This was not the original hotel that the tour group had set up for us, but I'm glad they booked us here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well-equipped. There was a small restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was good, but the choice was limited. It was two blocks from a market and a small mall. There are restaurants nearby.
