Excelente opción en la ciudad amurallada de Cartagena. El hotel es muy acogedor, impecablemente limpio y con una ubicación inmejorable. La cama es muy cómoda y el personal es extraordinario: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, una de las mejores elecciones para alojarse en Cartagena. ¡La estancia fue increíble!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, right within the old city walls, yet I did not experience any noise from the street. The area felt very safe at all times. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared for me each morning. This was my second stay here and I will definitely come back again.

This hotel in Cartagena is a great place to stay for a few nights. It’s conveniently located near everything you need. I’d definitely stay there again. The pool area was nice, but no one seemed to be using it. A few birds were inside the pool when we arrived but left as they got scared. Maybe the bar and music could be improved, but there wasn’t much of a problem since there weren’t many people in the pool so I understand why they do not pay much attention. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Gran experiencia, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, tranquilo, silencioso, seguro y a unos pasos de la acción. Sin duda lo mejor su desayuno, que siempre estuvo atendido y supervisado por el señor Carlos, una persona educada, respetuosa, atenta y quien sin duda puso en alto el nombre del hotel y de Cartagena. Recomendaciones podrian tener opciones de almuerzos o comidas ya que solo ofrecen desayuno que muy bueno pero despues no hay nada mas tienes que salir del hotel para hasta un cafe general el hotel es pequeno pero muy bueno lo recomiendo esta muy centrico

Beautiful hotel. Very well located (nearby everything). Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Beds are very confortable. Great breakfast with a lot of choices from the "a la carte" menu (which is included with the price of the room). Great service all around. On the downside, the rooftop pool needed some cleaning. The cushions on the lounge chairs need to be replaced, and the towels need to be updated. Overall, very pleased with this hotel. Would recommend without hesitation.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The staff was very friendly.When me and my brother overslept after being awake 48 hours prior Luz not only called us a cab but she also communicated with tour staff and had them hold our boat for the day trip we planned. The location is also perfect it's 4 blocks from the Clock tower. The pool on the roof is amazing after a long day of walking. The security is very good as well if you didn't book a night you wasn't able to get in. At the end of the day I would recommend this hotel to everyone. And I'll definitely be going back in the future.

If I could rate this hotel 6 out of 5 stars i would. Awesome on every level. The location is ideal - it’s a small hotel with not a lot of guests when we were there - so very private. We have a very nice roof-top pool (rare here) which we had all to ourselves. The breakfast options were excellent and Natalia was almost like our private chef - always willing to help, great suggestions and made a point of learning our names. The location is just steps away from great bars and restaurants - we especially like Buena Vida - just down the block. However we highly recommend getting the upgraded room - i think it’s the only one with a balcony - which we enjoyed using. Can’t go wrong this this hotel!
