My stay at this hotel was pleasant. But the weather was bad, I also saw heavy rain and there were no floors on the streets. The hotel room was also underwater. The hotel administration is very helpful and works to replace the iPhone charger, there are many electronics that are damaged and the atmosphere is just like my home in medallion. So much to be thankful for the help.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Rooms are roomy. We have a suite with a full kitchen. No utensils, coffee maker is not provided. Mosaic at the front desk was especially helpful in printing out the health forms, couid test results, etc. Great personality and extremely professional. Always so helpful. We had issues with the safe and had to get the staff to unlock the code several times. On arrival, it did not work, and when we left, it did not work again. Kind of depressing. Never saw the cleaning staff or if they cleaned the room. There is no sign stating do not enter. Cleaning staff moved things around and randomly tossed things away without asking upon our return. Very annoying! The kitchen staff was excellent. Very effective in achieving their duties. The juice was delicious.

We got an incredible service when we arrived at the hotel after a lengthy red-eye flight. The room was spacious, and the city was seen from this room. I could not believe how quickly additional materials, towels, and other furniture were delivered to the room! The hotel is conveniently located near some excellent dining options and a fantastic shopping center. Many coffee shops were nearby for us, and we are fans of coffee. Take advantage of the city tours available nothing compares to being escorted around by competent and knowledgeable individuals. Cant say enough good things. I will certainly return!.

The room was extremely roomy and comfortable. The staff who we dealt with were all outstanding. The front desk employee let us store or put our bags in one of the offices since we arrived several hours earlier than check-in, housekeeping was incredibly polite and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and the kitchen staff did a fantastic job in preparing the breakfast continental. If I were the one serving breakfast, I think I would have been stressed out. They remained professional and patient as they asked everyone what they would like on their plates and even checked up on us at our tables to provide us with more juice if we desired.
