A spacious and comfortable room with a fan I think some rooms also have AC. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a nice view of the city and the mountains. The street outside can be noisy at times.

There is also a gym across the street that only charges about $ 5 per day. The bed was comfortable and firm but not too hard. There is a mini fridge and cable to the room and the hot water for showers. There is a free wifi connection and computer terminal for visitors in the lobby as well as a coffee maker and water dispenser. They provide rooms with windows facing the street from 630 to 930 for an additional 2.50 pesos. The room is nice but not too noisy.

I would have no issues staying there again if I could look at other bucaramanga options. I stayed at the alessio for business on the advice of a colleague. I was not let down. The hotel is in a prime location. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed and pretty much all you need in terms of amenities. The restroom is also large enough. Although I didn't like the high water pressure in the shower, I liked it and had to purchase one of the tiny shampoo packets I found in the room. I had adequate sleep. There was some street noise, but nothing that will keep you up because I am a light sleeper. Breakfast on their rooftop terrace was a plus. The menu was adequate, but the view was excellent. Everything you need to get the day started.
