O hotel é incrível, como Bogotá é bem frio não tinha ventilador nem ar o que me fez falta por conta do barulho mas o hotel é lindo, bem moderno e o chuveiro não dá vontade de sair de tão bom… os funcionários tb são muito educados e o café da manhã estava incrível, principalmente as frutas bem frescas e docinhas

I have stayed at Hotel Virrey for the duration of multiple trips to Bogotá over the past several months while visiting my ex-girlfriend, and I continue to return because it simply delivers every time. The staff is absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and always eager to assist with genuine hospitality that makes you feel more like a valued guest than just another traveler. The restaurant staff is equally impressive, delivering consistently good meals in a welcoming atmosphere. The location is superb. The area feels remarkably safe, conveniently situated right next to a Bogotá police station for added peace of mind. It is only a short 10-minute walk to the lively Zona T, and an OXXO convenience store is located just around the corner—perfect for grabbing Speed energy drinks and Gatorade for those late-night essentials. The rooms themselves are cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable sanctuary after long days exploring the city. And yes, the hotel’s flexible guest policy (hehe) made everything seamless and stress-free, especially when I was able to get away from my girlfriend for a bit. Hotel Virrey has become my go-to accommodation in Bogotá for good reason. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers seeking reliability, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to my next stay.

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, da recepção, camareira e atendimento no café da manhã e restaurante (ótimos garçons), que por sinal oferece pratos e bebidas deliciosos. Em especial o recepcionista que nos atendeu na chegada e nos demais dias em que estivemos hospedados, que nos concedeu os vouchers das bebidas de privilégio Gold, e no último dia nos permitiu um late checkout até às 17:00hs., o que foi muito importante já que nosso voo só sairia à noite. Pena que não pudemos agradecer devidamente a ele, porque no horário em que fizemos checkout ele já tinha ido embora. O hotel adota um estilo descontraído, com lousa para recados dos hóspedes nos elevadores, avisos diferenciados nas portas dos quartos e tudo o mais. Mas o cofre estava com defeito, foi consertado e voltou a apresentar defeito. O quarto não tem ar condicionado, mas estava frio e não fez falta para nós. Muito interessante e de ótima qualidade o tipo de coberta que utilizam, que proporciona muito aquecimento ao mesmo tempo em que é muito leve. Cama também muito confortável e o tamanho do box e a qualidade da ducha são excelentes e muito difíceis de encontrar.
