Even taxi drivers struggle to locate hotels as it is in a very dodgy neighborhood and far from the city center. In the room, however, a bit of a struggle to locate one. The beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms need to be updated. It doesn't just feel old but old and worn out, despite everything functioning. For vegetarians, breakfast is not suitable. The staff is friendly and useful.

This hotel offers great service. I really like the accommodation and service. The pool area is very beautiful, the music and food very delicious, and also very clean. It was very clean. I am very satisfied with this place.

Excellent service! The location is wonderful, and the food is great. They followed all protocols, everything was spotless, and the location is very convenient for visiting the colonial places in Bogota and La Candelabra.

We stayed at the Grand Park Hotel late October 2020. A pandemic is a serious situation in every part of the globe, and this hotel has taken all of the necessary precautions to adhere to the government's recommended protocol. The personnel are wonderful. It's overwhelming and they make us feel like long-time friends. Located near the Bolovar Square and numerous museums. We decided to have dinner at their on-site restaurant. My wife and I ordered the same plate the next day because they had a salmon plate that really impressed me. When we return to Bogota, we will undoubtedly stay here. Thank you very much!.

I would not stay here again, in my opinion. good points. Nice pool area. Has a gym and fitness center, although limited. Mainly bicycles and running machines. Staff was polite and friendly. Rooms are roomy and tidy. Beds fine. Medium. A reasonable location. Staff attempted to help the next day with some room problems. Poor points. Rooms. No water in the room. No mini bar. Shower cold first night. No welcome drink or anything upon arrival after 24 hour travel. And nothing in the room. I can't really buy any water in the room if you want it. No kettle, cups, tea coffee. No anything. No shower gel. Shampoo only. There is only one toilet paper roll. only two towels. The bathroom fan is not working. The headboard is literally broken and unflattering. Two gin and ginger beers at the pool bar. 22! Uk money! Hotel 3 star, with facilities like an indoor pool and a fitness center. Despite not having instruction book where everything is etc., overall it is an acceptable hotel, given that it is clean and has a fitness center, is conveniently situated, and has a nice pool. However, a few fundamental flaws really slack, including the absence of a water, tea, or coffee-making amenities in the room. No minibar. A greeting drink after
