Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, because it has a beautiful view. We don't try the food, but that's still better than the restaurant.

Even though the hotel is old and disorganized. Every morning, water ran out. They began banging and banging around 8 a.m. every day when they were doing housework below my room. The all inclusive is what I paid for. The dinner was awful. There was only one type of beer, only a few varieties of cocktails, and the so-called all-inclusive bar would pour into a plastic cup. They refused to give me the beer in a can. I have no idea why. Half the employees were rude, while the other half was kind. They tried to put me in a room where the balcony door didn't even lock. There wasn't even a key for it. Anyone staying there should avoid the allinclusive package because I'm out and drinking beer other places most days. Within the hotel, they have a truly good dive center. Staff members that are courteous and competent.

I would return because the location is great, close to everything, nice restaurants, shops, etc. I just wish they could improve their employee's attitude. With two family members, I attended this motel. With the arrival of 2019, we only departed in January 2019. When we arrived at the motel, we had to wait 1 hour for our room to be ready, the male housekeeper was unfriendly. The hotel receptionists could also use some tidiness. The room was nice and large, but the male housekeeper was unfriendly. The bathroom needed more ventilation because there were mold particles and it appeared clean. Comfortable beds and a 32-lead in the room. The refrigerator was outdated, obsolete, and very noisy. They must also try to limit any outside noise coming from the hotel hallway because for two nights, we had to listen to loud music and children screaming and running just outside our room and everything was heard inside. I didn't realize we also required earplugs to have a good night's sleep, which was certainly not pleasant at all. The restaurant was great, but the cuisine could use some improvement, as well as kitchen personnel who need to be more friendly and smile more. It appeared like they were required to provide a service that was not free. They offered live music, but they could use improvement. For instance, lighting some flowers or try to get the mood from a man

This hotel is located close to a lot of bars and stores. I've been there before but the food was great and worth the price. This hotel can use maintenance. The staff was very kind and helpful. We only had hot water on our final day. So if you want to be different, this may not be the place for you.

Overall the hotel is under construction and all the other reviews are accurate. Once you pay the staff doesn’t really care about your staff. You pay for the location not the quality of the hotel. We asked to change sheets before check out since we decided to extend our stay and the staff forgot and initial didn’t want to change them since we returned to the hotel around 6pm. I complained about being a regular tourist that leaves reviews since I booked with hotels.com and within 10 mins came to our room to change sheets. I was thankful but other than that the overall atmosphere was not great for a hotel that is suppose to hold it name. I would not recommend for the price, buffet is not great whether it’s breakfast or dinner. It’s better to eat at the near by restaurantes. The room was a renovated room and the air leaked water I slipped and hurt myself. The bathroom did not have a proper shower head, and there was a leak in the toilet. Internet is horrible, I had to use my personal hotspot to watch Netflix. The location is good because it’s close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants around and shopping centers but if you want a decent hotel I would not recommend and even less for the price.
