This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly, specially Suanny, Natalia and Javier. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Drinks and food were 10/10!

Let me first say that the negative reviews are wrong. Yes, there is hot water, the rooms are small but very clean. The staff for a struggling spanish speaker are very polite and patient. The staff do speak english, so do not worry. Now let me say this..the 31 year old chef is amazing. The food was so good we and many other guest did not need to go into town for food. Thank goodness they do not have a pastre chef. If we had desserts, I will need to buy new clothes after the vacation. Seriously, the chef, the staff, the property, the views and all of San Andres is amazing. I am coming back again and again. Excellent!!!

Por el tipo de habitación y las instalaciones que tiene el hotel es ideal para parejas. muy tranquilo y sencillo. Los niños no tendrán más atracción que la playa y el mar (y lo que se haga por fuera del hotel). Es un ambiente agradable con lo necesario para pasarla cómodo. Aunque un poco costosa, la comida es tan excelente y abundante que no hace pensar que se está pagando de más. Los cocteles son buenísimos. La playa es agradable y están pendientes de la seguridad. Si se va en época de lluvias tratar de hacer los planes de acuario y otros, en la mañana cuando hay menos probabilidad de lluvia. Se recomienda tomar las habitaciones que están alejadas de la playa para que el ruido de la fiesta nocturna no incomode. Los funcionarios son muy amables y están muy pendientes de lo que se requiera. El ambiente de la habitación es compacto (especialmente la ducha), pero todo muy bien distribuído. Se aprovecho hasta el mínimo rincón. Ofrecen las necesarias, pero siempre hará falta una toalla extra, es bueno llevar una propia.

The restaurant food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is located away from the crowded downtown area. Enjoyed a bike ride along the coast with the bikes the hotel provided.
