This was a cute quaint property. The unit was near stores, mall and transportation. The unit was clean and had all accomodations needed for the stay. The AC in the bedroom did work well enough to keep the entire apt cold as being from the states is a requirement for us. Loved that there was a patio on the unit. I loved sitting there and watching people and traffic.. All the young men at the front desk were so nice, Handsome and tried there best to speak english with me since i do not speak spanish. I loved this property and i would definetely stay again

We made a good choice staying at this hotel, it was clean and housekeeping at your preference. We had hot water and a the air conditioner was in great shape. The location is perfect because it is in between el Poblado and Laureles. The rate was also excellent even in spite of it being high season. I would definitely stay here again.

Due to this fair and other events taking place in the city during those days, many hotels were full, and hotel Santa Ana was one of the few hotels that answered my emails. Hotel Santa Ana finally booked due to it's price, location, and services. The Hotel Santa Ana is on a 15 story tower in the Poblano neighborhood near main avenues and the Aguacatala subway stop. Getting around from this hotel is no problem at all as taxis are easily available and you can take the subway to the city center. My room was on the ground floor and had a beautiful view of the city, which I enjoyed from its balcony. Every room has a private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, amenities soap, shampoo, a kitchen led to by cable, a small living room dining room, and a variety of snacks and beverages. The hotel has an elevator, private parking, laundry service, free wireless internet in the lobby, and a very nice exterior restaurant that is very nice to be in even when meals are not served. Additionally, the kitchen window was not soundproof, in fact, the kitchen was equipped with a natural ventilation system that was unable to be closed, which made the room a little loud during certain times of the day due to the nearby roads. Breakfast service could have been more varied, but not bad. For the size of the room, location, and services, the price

The staff were very friendly however, the hotel let in a lot of traffic noise, and unfortunately the cafe/restaurant was only open until 3. I did not see a spa anywhere on the premises. The food came in very large portions so you may want to share. It was delicious!

They pre-assign security codes for hotel room doors. This is unsafe and unsecure as anyone working at the hotel or gets access to your code can come into your room. My sunglasses and shower gel were stolen by an unidentified person who entered my room at 2:06am.

Staff was nice and courteous. The room was as advertise, except that the bed was hard as the floor, no TV in the bedroom, and WiFi was sporadic at best. Biggest issue I experienced, I had to check out 4 days earlier than plan, but the Hotel refuse to issue a credit back to my credit card, after going back and fore with hotel management I was reimburse 2 days worth in cash, I was adviced by the front desk this was done in good faith by managment. There were absolutely no signs, and no explanation of this policy when checking in. Basically they robbed me!!!
