Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk.

The hotel was located in an excellent location. The room and facility was spotless. Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. The hotel is connected to a mall and a grocery store. If we return to Cartegena, we will definately stay here again.

One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The pools, the atmosphere, and the location were perfect for enjoying Cartagena with our family. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality that made our vacation memorable. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. One thing we would suggest improving is the check-in experience. Since we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we had to wait several hours for our designated suite, even though we were traveling with two small children. It would have been helpful to have a faster solution or a more comfortable arrangement while waiting. Despite that, our overall stay was amazing, and we would gladly return. Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a beautiful hotel with great service, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city.

I love the Hyatt brand, but Cartagena has been by far my best experience across the entire chain. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. That kind of hospitality is rare and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I would come back to this specific hotel a thousand times without a second thought. Thank you for everything you set the bar high.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views and impeccable housekeeping service. The cleanliness throughout the property was remarkable. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the hotel staff truly made her feel special. The attention, thoughtful surprises, and personalized service were completely over the top and exceeded all our expectations. They turned a special occasion into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Regency Cartagena team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena!

This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. Breakfast was good, but I’d love to see a few more options for guests who don’t eat pork. The staff was excellent friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only issue was with dinner service at the restaurant by the pool. Unfortunately, we were never served, and we ended up leaving to find food at a local restaurant instead. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.
