It has a very corporate business feel and the staff was not overly helpful compared to other places I stayed in Colombia. The room was clean and the AC was good. Breakfast was average and service at lunch was incredibly slow.

The Bar in the lobby of the hotel is nice after a long day of walking. Sadly it is too quiet due to the pandemic but the bartender my. Edward Gomez went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Very impressed by his command of the English language and he reminded me of my lack of Spanish. Thank you and look forward to coming back. Muchas gracias.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I don't know some of the bad reviews are being written if those people are upset about something, if they stayed there during a bad time, or if they have stayed elsewhere. The place is clean, modern, and safe. It is in a good business area, well-protected by canine officers outside, and therefore very safe. Next door is a nice supermarket, jumbo. Walk 200 meters and go shopping for whatever you require. Don't expect the mall next door to be like santa or titan because it is not a full shopping mall. I've read reviews about the water temperature issues, but it's not true. The water is very hot, and the hotel has extremely well controlled over the weather. I've read reviews about things being worn out, but that wasn't my experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had many options for all tastes. The hotel was peaceful and there was night with a loud and rude guest, but they stopped it immediately. That was not the case. My travel companion called two days prior to arriving and asked about the pool. She was assured that the pool was great and working well and would work for our stay. However, the pool was great and worked for our stay. The hotel is great and is quite easy to navigate outside the city on a walking tour. I can

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in front of the business center and close to main routes. The room was a nice surprise.
