Beautiful boutique hotel close to everything. Staff was very nice, room was a good size and the A/C was wonderful! We enjoyed both pools and the included breakfast was nice. Overall a lovely property!

This was a great hotel. Bryan I annoyed forever and he still maintained an amazing attitude always ready to help. Omar and Dylan were amazing. Always a smile on their face. Everyone else as well even though I didn’t get to know them as well. Close to everything. Felt safe. The only thing is I wish the water pressure was better but other than that amazing.

what a beautiful brand new hotel in the beautiful walled city! the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool are beautiful! it's a modern boutique hotel, has the vibe of a hotel in Morocco or Greece. Dylan at the front desk provided excellent customer service! he is super friendly, helpful and quickly resolved any issues! they go above and beyond to make their customer service exceptional. we booked a 2 bed deluxe room! only thing i will point out that even though there are rooms with windows or balconies, there are some rooms with no windows (we had one). it was not a big deal for us, the beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was great, the room was as cool as we needed it to be since Cartagena does experience humidity. i would stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Newer hotel and walking distance to everything. Seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the area. It would have been perfect if they had an elevator, so be aware if you have issues with walking upstairs.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming and started us with a freshly prepared welcome drink. The room was large and clean and so was the bathroom. The building inside is gorgeous, and starting the day with a nice breakfast next to the pool was great. As for the breakfast, they have a nice selection prepared but also make eggs and other items to order. The location was nearly perfect for us, we prefer to walk everywhere and found the hotel centrally located for where we wanted to be. We had a great time, thanks!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed here for 3 nights and the moment we arrived, we were greeted with small cold towels to help cool us off as it was very hot out. Whenever we had any questions or needs the hotel staff was ready to help and provide. The hotel property itself is stunning with two beautiful pools which were well maintained, spacious well designed rooms perfect for us 3. The hotel itself was always kept well and clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious as well with a nice variety of food and beverages avaible. It is located in a great area as everything is easily walkable and felt safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to come to Cartagena and I look forward to coming back and staying again!
