Excelente hotel, localização ótima, 10 minutos andando do Deck da polícia onde saem os passeios, 20 minutos andando do centro e do aeroporto. Limpeza do quarto e banheiro impecáveis. Jheny uma querida, muito solicita e simpática, todos os trabalhadores muito simpáticos e gentis, banho quente e ar condicionado perfeitos. Com certeza recomendo, e se voltar a San Andrés, ficarei lá. Hospedagem bem linda, ótimo custo benefício.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel é pequeno porém confortável, limpo, silencioso e muito bem localizado, a 20min de caminhada do centro e 15min do principal molhe de onde saem os barcos de passeio. Além disso, Roni, Dhljenifer, Vanessa e toda a equipe são muito amáveis, cordiais e nos fazem sentir em casa. Gostamos muito e indicaremos!

Excelente hospedagem! Gastei 15 minutos caminhando ate a praia e menos de 10 minutos caminhando ate o porto de onde saem os passeios de barco. Quarto limpo, cheiroso. Água quente no chuveiro. Ambiente decorado, muitas plantas da area externa, café da manhã uma delicia, jacuzzi com agua morna. Funcionarios simpaticos e muito atenciosos. Em especial, tenho que falar da Jenifer que nos atendeu tao bem e deu todo o suporte necessário, inclusive agendando passeios por um precinho bem bacana. Pra quem nao fala espanhol, Jenifer da uma atenção especial. Voltarei com certeza!

Estadia maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom, excelente trato dos funcionarios com os hóspedes, chuveiro com água quente. O hotel fica no centro de San Andres, dá uns 15 a 20 min de caminhada da praia principal, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. Vale muito a pena o custo/beneficio. Recomendo e voltaria.

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, como 20 minutos caminhando até o centro. Café da manhã é um único prato e em alguns dias tem umas outras opções, porém estava tudo muito gostoso. O recepcionista Rodny fez com que nos sentíssimos em casa e ainda nos ajudou auxiliando no agendamento de passeios e conseguindo um bom preço.

Great place to stay, well located in the island, they help you with anything you need, tours, personal recommendations, and rental cars. Clean and secure rooms. Highly recommended at any time of year, they manage rooms for a few or large groups of people.

It's a lovely, well-kept, private house with an amazing garden jacuzzi. It has a television and air conditioning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for cooking any meal. Being extremely well-organized with the other visitors.

Best stay in San Andres and top 5 of my life. Unfortunately, the payment method didn't work when we were booking by phone, and they asked us to pay them directly 100 before hand, preventing us from making any changes to the reservation! Otherwise, we would have complained with our booking and gone the first day. The first day, the room is quite noisy, and we could hear the car, cars, and people on the street. Around 400 a.m. at night, someone from the hotel staff woke us up by opening the door to our room in error while trying to check in other guests. After the incident, I had to get out of bed and the room to tell them to be quiet because they made a lot of noise in the hallway and explain the hotel rules to the new visitors. Breakfast is varied but not excellent. It is not great for people with food restrictions I'm vegetarian, semi-vegetarian, and it's not acceptable. The scrambled eggs had shells, and waffles were served without honey, syrup, jelly, or anything. The two women in the kitchen and service are extremely friendly, but they are only two serving more than 30 people at once and doing it all in the room! Several days before rp! The breakfast area was not even completely cooked when it was presented in the photo and there were no vegetarian or vegan options eggs, jam, milk,

Gostei bastante o atendimento é excelente a Jenifer muito atenciosa nos auxiliava e dava dicas sobre tudo, restaurantes, barzinhos e o hotel tem uma ótima localização. Água quente, único detalhe é que o banheiro era minúsculo, pelo menos no quarto que ficamos.
