Our 4 night stay at the resort was amazing in all the ways! It was one of the best resorts we have ever been to. The staff welcomed us and knew our names the whole stay and were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and well prepared and the included breakfast had a great variety of options. We had a beachfront bungalow that was private and right on the lagoon. A kayak, paddle board and pedal bikes were at our place and we rented scooters right outside the resort to see the rest of the island. We miss the Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island already!

Gorgeous resort in a perfect location. Staff are absolutely wonderful and so very happy & helpful. Island night is worth booking for dinner & the afternoon Island Tour is great value for money, informative, scenic & a lot of fun!! Walking distance to The Boatshed for afternoon drinks or lunch & also to a good coffee place too. Beachfront huts are spacious & clean and beds ultra comfy!! Loved our stay- we will be back!!

A Wonderful Honeymoon Experience at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort We had the pleasure of spending part of our honeymoon at the Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself is exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and breathtaking natural beauty. The lagoon is simply stunning—without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. Waking up each day surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water felt like a dream. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and dedicated to making our visit memorable. We would especially like to thank Illy, Mere, Luke, and Jerry. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made a huge difference and helped turn a wonderful stay into an extraordinary one. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality we received and will always cherish the memories we made here during our honeymoon. Amazing stay. From our bungalow on the lagoon, to staff and food was all excellent. We had our own private patio with kayaks and SUP board. Beautiful room with living room and step up king bed with view. So quite hardy saw anyone and came with two bikes to pedal around the resort or take into town. South Pacific getaway at its finest

The staff to a person went over and above to ensure everything was good for you personally. The staff to guest ratio was high so everything you required was ready quite quickly. After just one introduction the staff remembered us by name and they always had a smile for you.The site was not overcrowded with plenty of opportunity to mingle if you wanted or be on your own. For us the adults only was a real plus however the age mix was good cross section of younger to not so young. Being on its own island made it feel very safe. Not that we felt unsafe anywhere across Aitutaki. The food was a good variety, well prepared and good value, breakfast catered to all tastes and was plentiful. Overall a very relaxed setting that met all our expectations. If anything could be better would be keeping the Indian minor birds away from the food areas Will find a way to spend more time at this resort.

The staff were so warm and welcoming especially Luke, mere, rose, titi. This place is a peace of heaven on its own private island within the Aitutaki lagoon. Every bungalow has a view and you step off your balcony straight in the lagoon for a swim. The food was good and not over priced . I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Aitutaki .

Stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay longer. Our itinerary was 3 nights Aitutaki, 4 Raro. It was a relaxing getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday. Weather was perfect for April. No mosquitoes during our stay. I was worried because they seem to love me, but had no issues until we got to Rarotonga where I had gotten bit maybe 3 times so not terrible. For reference, I’ve been to Costa Rica where I came back with 20 bites over a week. In Yosemite, 30 bites over 3 days So 3 small bites over 8 days is not a big deal for me. Back to the property. The staff is super friendly, Acknowledges you by name and oh so helpful and genuinely kind. We stayed in a beachfront room and all amenities you need. Breakfast was so good, fresh coconut juice every morning. Not much open for dinner while we stayed there, so dinner at the property our only option. We kayaked to a nearby secluded beach/uninhabited island, took the Vaka Cruise (highly recommend), hiked up a viewing point and one day rented a scooter to see the entire island. If you’re looking for michelin dining experience, this is not for you. If you’re looking for relaxing, amazing views, access to secluded beach and no kids around then you may love this place like we did. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect and felt effortless. It started with the warm welcome at the airport, a smooth transfer to the resort and we were lucky enough to get access to our room before the usual check-in time. The amenities provided for each room are second to none. Kayaks, a paddle board, sun beds, reef shoes, snorkelling equipment and bikes all designated at our room for our personal use throughout the stay. We took the bikes out onto the main island of Aitutaki and cycled to town and around the island which was a great way to explore and stop as we pleased. The views from every angle on the private island were stunning. Staff at this resort were fantastic, they asked our names and actually remember it throughout the stay which helped form a bond with them. Shout out to Mere, Luke, Maria and Jerry. Breakfast was also amazing, full of everything you could want. We would definitely go back to this resort

From the moment we were welcomed at the airport until it was time to depart… we were treated like family. Greeted by our names each morning, Luke, Jerry, Nicky, Lili and all the staff made sure our comfort was their top priority. Navita in the front office made my wife’s dream come true with an upgrade to an over water bungalow! The property was immaculate in cleanliness , maintenance, and decor! We had our own bicycles assigned to us that we used for fun and convenience! Dining each day was a pleasure with a variety on the menu and cooked to perfection. The isolation of this adults only lagoon property was truly a beautiful experience. The beauty of the lagoon speaks for itself and enhanced by kayaking through the crystal clear water to an outer island a short row away! Rest assured…the aitutaki private island resort is all that people say it is! The reviews are accurate and pictures are real. We are blessed to have had this opportunity hope to come again!
